The tables are dirty, and they do not place table tents at the kiosk. When I requested to place an order since there’s no table tents, the girl told me to look for one. Wow! 🤯 I only came because I am on lunch. Had I known that the service was this horrible, I would’ve just spent my money on Pho! Do not come here unless it’s your last resort.

i never EVER had the correct order ONCE. it's insane how many times they do it on the simplest shit ever. i had to wait here an hour and a half once for a twenty piece nugget and fries; went up to the register three times and even handed my receipt to show the order number not a single soul in line. and if you ask for plain pray you even get the item you asked for in the first place 💀

I had a horrible experience just now! My family & I were at the Drive Thru window & gave the code twice then the employee at the window was very rude & was not trying to help the situation. I couldn’t leave the drive thru because there was a bunch of cars so I approached the window I confronted her about it & she’s looking at me all stupid & smiles as if I was joking with her. As I’m pulling out the drive way I called right away & asked to speak to the manager in charge & from the tone of the person in charge didn’t seem like she cared & said she will speak to her regarding what happened. I get it, it’s gets busy but if the employees are going to be having attitudes like that they should not be working with people & have more customer service. I would like to actually speak to the store manager regarding this situation because my family & I left pretty upset that we didn’t order there.

There’s a girl there named Sylvia who’s completely dismissive and rude to customers and apparently doesn’t know how to package orders correctly. I don’t know why she even has a job if she’s that incompetent lol. maybe get better management

What can I say, the food is always good. Service is also great. A 5 star to the atmosphere. Man they have remodeled, and cleaned up this McDonald's more times then the street it sits on has changed it's name. 🤔

Rude management and sorry, food. lazy... took almost 15 minutes for my food burnt avoid this place in the morning should be closed for the morning and only open for lunch it would save you thousands in labor.
