Horrible customer service. Messed up on my order and didn’t let me add it on the window and wait in the front an apology isn’t good enough and on top of that rude girl made a comment about messing up on my order. No name tags are even worn to even make a complaint on specific worker manager handled everything poorly.

Mr. Chad Humason, I went through the drive-thru to place my order, but when I got to the payment window, nobody was there. I was told to go back through the drive-thru to pay, even though I was already at the first window. Confused and annoyed, I went inside to pay. The employee was ready to help, but the manager, Alonzo, insisted I had to pay through the drive-thru. I asked to cancel my order and place a new one at the counter, but he forced me to use the kiosk instead. When I asked for his name and the store number, he initially refused but eventually provided his name while rushing through the store number. Frustrated, I used strong language and felt mistreated, and really like I was being profiled.
If I can give 0 stars I would me and my 7 year old daughter went in and ate meal deals and we have food poisoning and when I called to complain and get a refund they told me to call cooperate and was so rude like come on you gave me an attitude when your store gave me and my daughter food poisoning! OF COURSE IM MAD! so I did call cooperate and still waiting for a call back
