McDonalds only had one good thing going for them, speed. The food has always been trash. Now the trash takes forever and you have to wait out front instead of getting your food at the drive-through window. Now that they have waiting spots, there's no rush for them. Cars get through the drive-through quickly and who cares after that? They have 10 or 15 waiting spots for you to take a nap while you wait for your trash. What a joke. 10+ minutes for nearly anything that used to take a min or two. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. By spending your money there, you are telling them you don't care how awful they are.

Just called at 212am SATURDAY MORNING 3/9/24Maribel the manger stated that"We are only selling what we have leftover from dinner, and we are not making anything new". She also stated that we cant have a dinner menu and breakfast menu at the same time" so I asked what time can we order from the breakfast menu, she said not till after 5amI'm sorry but ubereats has an online service offering what we can order til 3:49am (it's only 2:12am) Maribel the manger is staying they will not making nothing new and all we can order its" what is left from the dinner menu"" cheese burgers and chicken sandwich".In my opinion this is false adversiment . I'm glad I called first before ordering. But CORPORATE REALLY NEEDS TO STEP IN AND HANDLE THE MIS-ADVERTISEMENT ON THE APPS VRS WHAT THE MANGER AT MCKINLEY AND CHESTNUT (FRESNO CA LOCATION ) IS TELLING CUSTOMERS.

My visit was great didn't have to wait more than 5 min. for my order which was 2 quarter pounders. 3 Mos ago I had to wait half an hour for it and I had just purchased it online that's why I stopped going/ ordering from that place. Whenever you go make sure to use drive thru becuz they'll make u wait a he// of a long time if you walk up to the counter...Wheelchair accessibility: Don't use one. A guy that lives in my building was in one at the counter and no one came to take his order. He waited 20 mins before he got upset and left...
I asked a worker if she could sweep up a pile of old food because my toddler kept trying to eat it and she was very rude and never got to it.
