I walk here almost every other day with my dogs to get sun and exercise even though I have other modes of transportation. Today 02-MAR-25 around lunch I was eating outside with my dogs and the rude manager who I have had issues with before (catching her lying about the facility not having ice or the ice cream machine being broken) talked down to me in a very rude and condescending manner implying because I was on foot and outside eating with my dogs I was a nuisance, as if I was a homeless person begging for change or a drug addict hanging around for a free meal, none of which I am. She told me that “You better not be here all day hanging around.” as if I have nothing better to do. At least I’m comfortable in the fact that I’m 30 and can work when I feel like and have leisure time as I whenever I want because I made good choices in life and I’m not some cranky middle aged woman just hitting menopause working at McDonald’s, having to insult people to feel good about myself.”. Get a life lady and keep your crappy restaurant with cold food and no milkshakes or evening time ice.

Normally I have no issues, but this week I paid for my usual and received something else. The server and manager were rude and I know they were busy. Customer service goes a long way even when you're busy.

Girl at the drive thru window was very rude when we were given our food and tried shooing us away after we got 1 of our orders because me and my friend ordered separately, they also messed up my order, I ordered a sausage Mcgriddle and I somehow got a sausage Mcgriddle bun, with egg, bacon and cheese and that's not what I wanted at all and I didn't realize it until I was at my destination and when I sat down to eat, if you go here make sure they have your correct order and check your food to make sure it's right, because by the looks of it they'll just give you any sandwich that's prepared already and won't double check that it's the right item, not happy at all about my experience today.

Went to one McDonalds they were rude and took a long long time than got the order wrong ended up going to different McDonalds had to tell the girl 15 times my order and she still got it wrong she kept saying after long pauses I’m sorry what was that? Ended up having a long time for second time where are they finding these workers they clearly don’t give a damn and what about those managers McDonald’s?

I always order an iced caramel coffee I truly like McDonald's coffee better than Starbucks but they cannot make it the same time every time and it's very frustrating

Ordered curbside service on app. Got there and was told food would be out in 3-8 minutes. 15 minutes later I go in to get my food as girl was walking out to bring it. No acknowledgement about taking so long. Burger was mashed on one side and fries were room temp. Thanks McDonalds!
