Normally I have no issues, but this week I paid for my usual and received something else. The server and manager were rude and I know they were busy. Customer service goes a long way even when you're busy.

Shields n Blackstone is the worst. The drive thru was 13 cars long n no one inside so I went in n was worst. From kiosk time I ordered to end was 41 mins waiting. They lost my order n asked me. food was cold n given to me half n half. Bottom line don't go there endless you want to wait n wait for cold food...n this isn't first time this happened...smh. got to work late as well....

It was 2 A.M and we were hungry. Have not eaten McD's in over 18 months. We were pleasantly surprised when we ordered medium 2 quarter pounder meals. The fries were abundant and the burgers were loaded with the features items.
