Blanca should be trained in customer service skills I love this location be her rudeness will not be tolerated I will not stay quiet I contacted corporate I i understand this is a franchise location but I will get ahold of someone because she is deliberately pushing away good customers.

Just came from there. I ordered a sweet tea. I gave them my mobile app number for points. As I was moving forward to the first windows my card that's connected to the McDonald's app was charged for the sweet tea. Which was odd because I never said to charge my card and of course my card declined. I had cash only. Right after that my card was charged twice for $180 and $174. Both transactions were declined due to suspicious activity. And to top it off. I never received my points for my order. Don't use your mobile app here. I'm calling the corporate office about this.....I emailed corporate already just waiting on a response.
