This is the worst McDonald's I ever had been , I placed a order for fries and a drink I waited 15 minutes. I got my order the drink I got was coca-cola but it tates like water , the fries where cold not salted. Please don't come here of want wait for 20 minutes to get your food

I ordered an Iced caramel latte, right when the lady gave me my drink I knew instantly it was not a latte but just MILK. I went back inside for a remake, waited 15-20 mins to be told that their machine was broken down. When it came upon the refund, I was given coins instead of dollar bills. This is disappointing, they should’ve told me at the start instead of wasting my time. Workers were also ignoring customers. I won’t be coming back. Manager is Rosa.

One of the worst Dashers service i have ever had here 👎, the staff doesn't pay attention on u , i asked to girl for a door dash order and she walked away after hearing me🙄, the store was fully empty even there were no customers , very bad experience , i would say worst , so disappointed

First of all their work personalities are dry. They messed up my order. I drove all the way back to get my missing items. While I was on my way back I tried to call them, the phone just goes straight to a busy tone and hangs up. I called 5 times. When I got there, I told her (manager) that they messed up my order and I showed her the receipt. I tried to hide being upset but I couldn't help it because I wasted gas zigzagging from home to that store and the fact that the meal I bought was a birthday meal for my dad. I was visibly upset. There was no empathy from her. She just gave me the items and acted like she didn't care at all. No offers for the inconvenience. Not even an apology. Just a blank stare. My dad's birthday burger went cold and his shake melted waiting for his fries. Night ruined. My order was number 295 at 6:56pm and was taken by a lady named Maria.
