I waited over 30 minutes for my food and they even mess up my order. When I ask why does it takes over half an hour to get my food ready? They blame it on the oder takers. Makes no senses very very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I use to work at mcd. I know how the process runs. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Service was alright but they did not give me the enough sweet and sour sauce honey mustard and bbq sauce for 40 nuggets fries were cold and not seasoned dirty oil not fresh nuggets were not warm. There were no parking spaces to wait for food 1

Wait time is long. I waited over 25mins to get my order and it wasn't even that big or busy. The staff is VERY RUDE! My son wanted some water while we waited so I told him to ask one of the staffs. He patiently stood at by the pickup counter for at least 10 mins and even though multiple staff passed by, no one acknowledged him or asked if he needed assistance.Seemed like everyone is having a bad day. No smiles, no thank you, no customer hospitality whatsoever. This wasn't my first bad experience here. I try to give people of doubt and came back but unfortunately, it seems like nothing has changed.Corporate, the owner or management needs to step in and reevaluate their employees/staff. I've never had such bad service from any other McDonald's in over 20 years.

I recently placed a order on McDonalds mobile app. I ordered 2 grimace meals and a happy meal. Not only was my order not fulfilled but also the employee said I would not be able to get my money back until the next day. I am very upset because I drove out to this location to get a grimace meal and then not being able to get a refund even tho I had my receipt in hand is rediculous.

I've gone to this one numerous times because I shop at the Walmart so it's very convenient for me. There's always 3 workers and they're still slow. When I get my usual, ice coffee with caramel drizzle Ms.Rebecca if that's her real name, she will always deny me! I tell her, if it's on the app then it's true. Don't be acting like it's coming out of your paycheck. Not once but twice she done this to me. With her attitude, it caused me to call corporate. I am not going to let her get away anymore because she knows she's wrong.
