Slow service...told to park for 5 minutes but way more then 5 and people at drive thru pay window are rude.

When I ate there, there was a pretty good crowd of people and we all got along around each other talking. It was a nice time and the people who work there were very pleasant and attentive and it was clean and I felt the family presents, so it was a very good experience.

Homeless people all over, none of the employees said hi good morning they all seem very angry... I wouldn't recommend it unless it's on your commute and there's a Time issue...

Single Handedly the worst McDonald's I've been to in Fresno. Expect long long waits and for them to forget. It's my local and they never fail to disappoint

I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I used the kiosk to order and there was no receipt from it. I ordered with reward points, so my name was associated with the order. Waited 25 minutes and my order hadn't been called. I asked the kid who was taking mobile orders out where my food was. He checked the register and asked what I ordered, and I told him. He walked over and grabbed a bag that had been sitting there for 20 minutes and handed it to me, taking the receipt off of it as he did. Nothing like cold food. And an employee had walked past the register while I was waiting just looking at her phone. She didn't ask if I was being helped at all. I'm never going back to this location.

Drove through and remembered why I stopped coming to this location. Typically my household enjoys McDonald's and we don't have a problem. Unfortunately this location has consistently provided the worst customer service I've ever had at any McDonald's and I don't think my order's been right one time. I've watched DoorDashers come back in and hand them back the wrong order with bags open and them hand the bag over to another Dasher, opened. Yes you heard that correctly. That's horrible. I've watched people from the drive-thru lineup inside because their order was never brought out to them and the order is sitting there on their back counter. They seem incredibly unorganized. My main concern though would be management. The manager who works overnights I don't know her name but she's a horrible person. She's turned a blind eye to my concerns several times . This morning in particular I'm working overnights and drove through the drive-thru for my free cookies for the surveys on the receipt and realize I had to drive through a broken sprinkler. Didn't want to have to get out of my car in the middle of the night to dry it but I need my car for work. She just turned her head and told me next time I'm going to ask for more than one cookie let her know. What the hell? Another time in the middle of the night I brought it to her attention that there were some sketchy people hiding behind her drive-thru and coming up to cars once we turn that corner and she denied that it was happening. Told me I had to roll my window down at the drive-thru next time before I got to the window. I told her absolutely not if there's somebody standing in my car. Again she denied that there's anyone back there and laughed off. Completely unacceptable for McDonald's and in my experience not typically a McDonald's experience in general. Would give them zero stars but it's not an option on here.

I came through and ordered 7 sausage biscuits and 2 Bis and Gravy and stated this twice. When I received my order I was shorted a Bis and Gravy. Then the man in drive thru and the manager made me pull forward and let me sit in my car for 15 mins mean while my other food got cold.
The customer service is horrible and the manager should be fired.
No matter what these people can never get the order correct but want to make $20 an hour.?
This place deserves zero stars.
Where is the general manager to double check the customer service?
Tired of terrible customer service and these people have bad attitudes well if you don't like your job then quit.......

I live around this location so they are my go to for fast food. Customer service is really hard to receive when it comes to fast food restaurants but let me tell you, Tiffany (I hope I heard you correctly) you made my day, seriously. You were kind, funny and caring. McDonald's, you have yourself a great employee, take care of them and definitely give them a raise.
PS: Yall have the best fries in town, hands down, lol. (I love the wobbly ones).

These reviews weren't lying ðŸ˜. There are two lines in the drive thru. There was no one at ours for a short while, but we thought, 'alright, maybe it's simply because they're helping the other line'. The other person in the other line finished, and we waited- and waited. A second car that came after us came and went. It was then that we finally got someone at the speaker, but they said to wait a minute. Alright. 'Two' other cars then passed by in the other lane, so we just decided to skip it and drive through the rest of the way since we didn't want to wait anymore, [since it had been about fifteen minutes there already]. There's no way to get out of the line though when you're past that point. Quite a few of the cars behind were getting out of line; I'm guessing also because of the wait. So we had to wait another ten minutes just to get through. And the person I was with stopped at the window to ask what had happened for the wait, if it was the person in front or what. Granted, I did tell her to just drive through, not worth it. But I was a bit taken back when the employee told her to basically drop it and tell what our order was. Mind that the girl I was with, though confrontational, wasn't saying it in a harsh way (honestly, neither the staff, but abruptly shutting down a valid question and snapping to a different topic was off putting). Long review, apologies, but I wanted to place every detail cause that was one experience out of a few now. Occasionally they'll go without any hitch, but sometimes man..

Soo I come thru the drive-thru most every time I come here. And the first time took forever because the dinning room was closed. This time I thought of I is the app I would go thru faster but no!! I still had to park then they game me my food they missed 2 orders of large fries. Went inside and took forever still! Not happy
