Online ordered in line for 10 minutes. Then they send me to wait at the parking spot for another 25+ minutes ! Don't go on lunch here they take forever just to keep the line moving and pile up all the cars at parking spots. And then they take forever to come out with your order while taking more drive threw orders and sending them on their way when they only been here 5 minutes! We been waiting 35+ minutes now I have to go inside to see what's taking so long ! Whoever took my order can lick a old French fry off the floor. I went inside and they had my order ready no one came out 45+ minutes !

This McDonald's is such a fresh air compared to the one on Blackstone and Shields I'm going to tell you right now this one the workers are on it they make their food hot and ready it's out to you within seconds minutes it's there they don't overcharge you they don't tell you they have something and then they don't and charge you for it anyways it's crazy but hats off to this location and you guys are doing a great job your trainees your trainers everybody there hats off you guys are doing great thank you so much also my kids applaud you as well.

I received my order and was missing an item so I waited at the counter for 15+ minutes and was annoyed multiple times, by employees wearing headphones and conversing with co workers. Ive had multiple bad experiences with this location but this was by far the worst.

My husband came in to get burgers for us. I want no pickles, extra onions. It has not been a problem before. But apparently some clown decided to take a bite out of my damn burger.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 I am going to contact everyone I can. I honestly hope the stupid little inhuman get what they deserve.
Every single time, they forget to put something of mine in the bag of my drive through order. Make sure you check your bag at the window.

Its ok if it was not for the costumer services I would give zero for the quality of food . Anyway dont try the chicken stripes from there very flexible and its hard to take a bit , it feels as if the chicken has corn stratch like a lot of it lol
Very disappointing. I ordered delivery at 10:30 pm was supposed to be here at 11:30. Didn't get it until 1:00am. And half of it was missing!! I called and they apologized, took my name and said I could come in and get my food but they couldn't bring it. Well I don't have a car or a ride always so I still haven't got my food. I love McDonald's. I wish they would bring it to me now cause I'm hungry, BTW. If anyone wants to help talk to Missy, manager. My name is Robin schramek she has a list in her office of my order. Pls someone bring it to me. That would make my day better I'm 68 years old and don't get out much, it's a treat to enjoy Delivery.
