Wow, I love McD but this one needs improvement. The kiosk wasn't working, so there was a long line to order. The order was wrong, but we ate it anyway because we didn't want to wait forever, and the fries were actually cold. There just weren't enough people working. I washed our table with my hand sanitizer and a napkin from my purse because there weren't any napkins included with our food. I'm sad to give a negative review. You have an opportunity to do better.

I came through the drive thru at 10:58 and I asked if I can order only a large french fry I understand it’s protocol that they can’t put it in the system until 11:00 because that’s when lunch starts but she was giving me attitude so I decided not even to argue with her but mind you they had a huge line and it was barely even moving, by the time I got to the first window the drive thru girl asked me she can put it in the system and I told her no I would just come back around. I already knew it was going to be 11:00 by the time I got to the first window which is why I didn’t even bother arguing w them. couldn’t even make the exception at the speaker and all of a sudden they asked me cause they knew what they did was wrong literally 15 min in line then had to come back around again for another 15 min.

I ordered and was told to wait in spot 3 so they could keep their metrics deceitfully high....I waited for FIFTEEN MINUTES for 2 cookies and a medium fry.

Morning drive through that takes cash is pretty rude…my toddlers were a little loud and she couldn’t hear me. I’m guessing she was irritated so she rudely grabbed the money out of my hand with a mean look. Please have a camera watching the drive through so you can see how they treat the customers. Lunch staff is nice. I come here weekly due to my toddlers going to school near by.
