Honestly, the quality of food and atmosphere depends on the time and who's working, lol, but 8 times out of 10, your food will be hot and ready for your consumption with some of the best greeters and service people.
I've been to a few McDonalds in Fresno and at of all of them, this one is pretty bad. Most of the time, my experience isn't too bad. I don't usually have to wait too long but there are times were the wait time is just ridiculous. For example, I had to wait 20 minutes for 2 mcdoubles and 2 mcchickens. About 4 People that ordered after me were getting their orders before me.I'm generally a person who doesn't complain about wait time because I've worked in food service before so I understand things can go wrong sometimes but to wait 20 minutes for just 2 mcdoubles and 2 mcchickens is unacceptable. The kitchens should've been prepared at that time of day. This is probably some sort of failure on management.

They make everyone wait in the parking lot for their food.Its like a futuristic dystopia on the inside, no bathroom access. Without standing in the long line. Mind you, Im here on a Saturday mid morning, there really aren't that many people here, but every poor soul in the drive through is forced to park. What happened Mcdonalds?

Don’t waste your time going through drive-thru, they just make you pull over and wait for 20+ minutes and then you have to go inside to get your own food. The ice cream machine NEVER works and apparently now the frappe machine either. It’s happened 3 times at this location that they tell me to pull over to wait after going through drive thru and they completely forget about my order and I end up having to walk inside. Go to any other location.
The ed from Good burger working the window should be fired. Called me sweet heart baby girl like I'm at some club I asked please don't call my that he kept going. He gets mad cause I cut him off to order my food and refuses to take my order. That was the last straw at this location. Service has always been horrible. It's there zero stars!!!!!

Today was the worst wait time I ever had. I waited at curbside for 47 minutes with no answer to why my order wasn't ready. The employees kept going up to people's cars asking if they ordered anything that they have on their tray. The people that parked next to me experienced the same thing. Never got my food and I wasted my whole lunch time waiting. Went back to work hungry.

Ever time I go thu this drive thu in the evening we wait 10 mins or more! Tonight I waited over 15 mins in the parking lot waiting for my order! Not sure why they are so confused, they told us to park at stall 7, so we did and the girl couldn't figure out what car got what food? Poor managers? Staff not trained properly? AND they are getting paid more then me? This staff needed help, or better servers ? this restaurant needs help!!!! Hirer smarter staff, please????
