The one in Sanger on Jensen always disappoints! It is the nearest one to me and either my pizza is missing (yes, missing) or I am given 20 minutes, show up 30 minutes later and what do you know… they are barely putting the pizza in the oven!!! I hope the REAL manager reads this. They meed to het it together.

I was put on hold and after 10 minutes I called back and they told me that they just got a rush and wanted to put me on hold again was a very disappointing conversation. Hope I’m never that hungry again to have to call them

very bad experience, waited an hour for the wrong pizza to be handed to us. turns out our pizza wasnt even being made. we called ahead and ordered a small pizza, we waited 20 mins like we were told and went to pick it up, turns out they made a large instead of a small despite the woman on tbe phone confirming that we had ordered a small pizza. we didnt have the funds for a large pizza so we asked for a small pizza, they said they would remake the pizza for us it would just be another 20 mins. 20 minutes later we go back in to pick up our pizza and theres no workers in sight. finally someone shows up once a line starts to form. we get told we need to wait 10 more mins for our pizza. so 10 minutes later we finally get it and we open the box and its the wrong pizza. not even one topping was correct. very very disappointed. we called and placed our original order at 6:02 and now at 7:15 im writing this review after finally leavjng and getting a refund. im so so disappointed because ive only had good experiences at me n eds. definitely would recommend choosing a different location to order at.

I didn’t know until yesterday there was an option for a thicker crust and it was delicious . Topping were a bit skimpy and not spread out right but it was still yummy . This is a combination pizza

I would give this me-n-eds a zero. I called for delivery for a lg. Pizza, 2ltPepsi, and side of artichoke hearts. The pizza was so greasy and burnt, we couldnt eat the crust at all. Too hard. And they sent me a side of anchovies. Only thing they got right, was 2lt of Pepsi. Spent $37.00. And still hungry. Pissed off, should have called dominoes!! This is bullshit!!👎

May 23rd, 2025 around 6-7. Ordered their 38 dollar combo. It’s a shame I wasn’t able to get my cashier’s name because she made my experience acceptable, by taking my order in a kind way and by giving me my money back for my garlic bread that never came. There were three cashiers that night. One of them was super rude, told us to be sure we had a table and even when I had it ready, she just left. The other one said she would talk to the kitchen to bring me the garlic bread that came with my combo and it never came. Bartender was horrible. His multi-tasking skills were nowhere to be seen. Never coming back here again, will definitely stick to Tower.
Probably the best when it's empty cause it's less crowded and not noisy. food was amazing, staff was extremely nice, and it was nice and cold in here. only down side is the dirty seats but just wipe em down with a napkin. overall 5 stars

their "vending machines" took our money (2 different machines)..and a 3rd item was dried and not able to use (some type of foam)..the person at the register said they weren't his machines and could not give refunds..the sign which stated no refunds was a small piece of paper no where near the machines..when our pizza finally came it was burnt..(I could see the girl bringing it to our table looking at it while she was walking over)..so won't be going back..ever..should have just went somewhere else but happened to be in the area..

Incredible pizza! I had a pizza with chicken, pineapple and artichoke hearts! It was very delicious! Fresh ingredients!

ordered a pizza on doordash for over 2 hours and all i received was money back and there excuse was they were busy but everyone there got there food that was eating in restaurant and also customers that called in...i guess customers that buy from doordash don't get the same quality and respect as customers eating at the restaurant... very disappointing when you pay double the charge for pizza than other pizza places and get horrible service from the more expensive pizza.....
