The young lady who looks at that receipt to see if there is a tip and grudgingly refuses condiments to those who don't shows a lack of appreciation to loyal customers who also have to get by in this economy but are still supporting the business that she earns her wages from. I don't expect anyone to kiss my butt however i also don't expect a bad additude for not paying for something i didn't recieve. Tips are for gratuity not mandatory. Why would i give a tip...
Had an amazing experience with me n Ed’s, Lydia and the management took great care of us and made a few pizzas 30 minutes early before the pizza joint opened for a special occasion that could’ve ended in disaster, outstanding service going above and beyond!! Thanks guys!
