i walk home from school and usually stop here to get something to drink every to every other day and appreciate them allowing me to and it is just a overall good experience they’re all nice in my view

A $26 large pizza with three chosen toppings... yet there are barely ANY toppings on the pizza. Even the extra cheese wasn't present! It's like I'm just eating bread with sauce, and every now and then there's a piece of meat or onion. I don't think I've ever been so disappointed with a pizza.

Probably thw best me n eds in fresno, I love how toasty there crust is, i love it :)
The manager is very rude to my son and grandson. He has no customer service skills at all. I spent a lot of money there and left a great tip for the rest of the staff which are fantastic This man needs some training on how to treat his customers. This is the first bad experience I have ever had at me and Ed’s. We won’t be going back to this establishment

Was great I live in kerman and it's terrible glad people care about what they do keep up the good work
their "vending machines" took our money (2 different machines)..and a 3rd item was dried and not able to use (some type of foam)..the person at the register said they weren't his machines and could not give refunds..the sign which stated no refunds was a small piece of paper no where near the machines..when our pizza finally came it was burnt..(I could see the girl bringing it to our table looking at it while she was walking over)..so won't be going back..ever..should have just went somewhere else but happened to be in the area..

I ordered a pizza for dine-in. Male employee walking around the dining room complaining to female staff members about an award another employee won, which was inside the office. Continued to stand behind the register and complain to them about tips being removed from the jar stating he would bring the issue up but they needed to back him up. Dropped the f-bomb several times, as well as other things customers don't have any business hearing. He then went into the back room where they make the dough and was eating what appeared to be chicken wings, while continuing to complain. After he ate the chicken wings, he walked over and picked up a large ball of dough without washing his hands and he began running it through a machine. I find this very discouraging and don't think I want to eat here anymore. Standard Health and Safety protocols are not being observed. Additionally no customer should ever have to witness these kind of conversations in a business. I came here to relax and enjoy a meal, not listen to people complain about everything that's wrong with their job. Completely inappropriate.
