I ordered a pizza for dine-in. Male employee walking around the dining room complaining to female staff members about an award another employee won, which was inside the office. Continued to stand behind the register and complain to them about tips being removed from the jar stating he would bring the issue up but they needed to back him up. Dropped the f-bomb several times, as well as other things customers don't have any business hearing. He then went into the back room where they make the dough and was eating what appeared to be chicken wings, while continuing to complain. After he ate the chicken wings, he walked over and picked up a large ball of dough without washing his hands and he began running it through a machine. I find this very discouraging and don't think I want to eat here anymore. Standard Health and Safety protocols are not being observed. Additionally no customer should ever have to witness these kind of conversations in a business. I came here to relax and enjoy a meal, not listen to people complain about everything that's wrong with their job. I ordered a meat lovers calzone. Had them add mushrooms and black olives. I get home which is a 40 minute drive away and i cut it open just to find only black olives mushrooms and cheese. I was so mad.

I place a simple order..and there was a mix up so I was sent out a not so warm pizza so I sent it back..plus it took 1hr and 15 min..so Abigail..decides to send out a pizza that was even worst..it's sad for business owners when they have people as managers or trainees that don't care about there business they worked hard to build..and the manager was disrespectful to me on the phone she was such a terrible representative of me n eds...

This place was absolutely DISGUSTING!! I understand it gets busy but regardless ur still supposed to clean from time to time. The dinning room was a mess, the kitchen floors and tables were filthy, and so was the back kitchen. U can only see a small portion of the back kitchen so I can only imagine what else was going on back there. Not to mention they don't even have trash cans in the dining area, no wonder it's such a mess I didn't have anywhere to throw my trash away and neither did anyone else. And finally the customer service was garbage. Again I understand it gets busy and ppl get frustrated but the way the actual manager was talking to people was not okay. I've tried to give this place a chance but I feel it's going further and further downhill so me and my family will no longer eat here. The fact that BOTH MANAGERS were present during all this is a major red flag, they need to be held responsible for how bad this place is. If no one is going to report it to the health inspector or corporate i will, because not only is it a health hazard to my family it is also a health hazard to vulnerable people such as children, pregnant women, the elderly etc.
Bullard and First Location-First of all the pizza was delicious the cheese was gooey and had a nice crunch.But then 2 men with 2 dogs come in and then half of the staff came out and started petting and playing with the dogs on company time. But that's not the problem, the problem was the dogs were licking them and also climbed all over one of the workers, getting it's fur on their uniform. That worker went to the back did not wash her hands and just put on gloves then started touching the pizza crust. I had a clear view of the back so I definetely saw her not wash her hands. This was very unsanitary and honestly disgusting. Because of this experience I will most not likely return to this location.

Appreciate the closing shift crew that helped us out 15 min before closing. we ordered 5 pizzas to celebrate New years. They handled it very professionally, and I work retail, so i know how hard it is when people come in last min with a big order.
