We have been coming to the West & Herndon location forever & we use to LOVE it. But, the service & quality has went down so much. After our last horrible experience we will not ever be coming back. I ordered the same items that we’ve ordered hundreds of times in the past. One was a to go salad bar trip. This visit I was given a small paper plate to make my salad on.
