I place and order yesterday around 5pm and they said it will be an hour wait, this was set up for delivery which was fine and they called me back at almost 7pm saying they don't deliver in my area and it was cancelled! Waisted my time and hours when I could've order somewhere else were . Of course ima get upset because why couldn't they told me this ahead of time so i asked to speak to someone head of in charge because that was just ridiculous and got hung up on ! Will never try to even order here again!

None of the food preparers wear gloves or even just sanitize their hands while making pizza, touching meats, grabbing prepared food stuffs from prepared bins, and going from surface to surface. DISGUSTING!

I want to start this off by saying Me n Eds has been a staple in our household for years, but recently the last couple of orders. Which I ordered online and picked the take out option. The girl at the front likes to treat the customers like prey and demand a tip upon checking out. She was very aggressive and rude. This whole tipping culture has gotten out of control. I will not be tipping a cashier whom demands a tip and makes the customers feel pressured into doing so. This is a very trashy look for an establishment and should be addressed on how to treat customers. We are not prey and a tip is because you went above and beyond your expectations at work.

Called 3 times to place an order 2/3 around 8ish. First time girl hung up after picked up phone and laughed and hung up. Second time, picked up phone and said name and when I asked if any specials, she hung up. 3rd time, young man picked up phone and took order with professionalism unlike prior calls. I have been ordering from them for over 30 years but if I can't get good customer service, I will go elsewhere.

Again, Me-n-Ed's continues to provide hot pizza with traditional crust, fresh toppings and cheese, all cooked to perfection. Over the years, it is amazing that nothing has really changed significantly & it remains my all-time favorite pizza place for the last 40 years!

My only disappointment was that it seemed like there was no cheese on it. This caught me off guard because I had always assumed that cheese was a standard part of any pizza and not an extra topping you had to order separately. The pizza arrived promptly, and it looked great at first glance. The pepperoni was nicely arranged, and the green peppers and canned mushrooms provided a colorful contrast. The crust was crispy and cooked to perfection, but it was missing the essential element of cheese that most people associate with pizza. The absence of cheese was a significant letdown. It left the pizza feeling somewhat dry and lacking in flavor. The toppings did their best to compensate, but there's no substitute for that creamy, melted cheese that holds everything together and enhances the overall taste. To sum it up, Me and Ed's pizza offers a decent crust and good toppings, but the absence of cheese, which I mistakenly assumed was standard, was disappointing. If you plan to order from here, make sure to add cheese to your toppings list.
