Sorry for the long story here, I prefer to be overly detailed in case management does read these, that way they can place in any improvements needed into their enterprise
I hadn’t been to this particular me n Ed’s in a long time and unfortunately yesterday I was reminded as to why. The food was great as it always is and the resturaunt was clean, tidy and taken care of, but the service and potentially a lack of communication between employees was an issue.
My order was fairly simple, 1 large Italiano pizza, order of garlic cheese bread, drinks, ranch and an order of cinna treats. We sat down, filled the drinks up and waited for the order, pizza came out with the ranch and the service member stated out cinnatreats were almost out, we kept eating and talking back and forth then it dawned on me that the garlic cheese bread still hadn’t come out yet, I checked the reciept and it was never placed on the order. So granted yes I hadn’t payed for it but I did order it, so I walked over, ordered it and informed that I had ordered it before, no apology or even a sense of urgency, it was the same person that did my initial order. So that was the first annoyance, we go back to the table and eventually the cheese bread does come out. But then the employee takes our number as if everything was already delivered. I give them more time because I do see that they are busy with online/takeout orders. As we are closing out our meal I walk back up to the counter to ask if the cinna treats were coming out soon, he couldn’t find them and it was discovered that he gave it to someone else, so it would be another 20 or so minutes to get them out, so he proactively offered a refund of the items instead.
Now here is the kicker, I said ok to the refund and he posted in his system for the refund, stated it would be back on my card in 1-3 business days, I walked away and realized that I payed with cash, I walked back and asked him about it and he became flustered and finally figured it out, he gave me the cash refund, again no apology, i didn’t expect anything else aside from an apology, I don’t want compensation, I just wanted the food I payed for and to feel like the employees remotely care about the inconvenience caused.
As I head back to the table I hear him yelling back at another employee talking about how mistakes are costing them money, almost sounded like there was a verbal disagreement going on between the employees, I could be wrong but this is what it sounded like to me, my wife and my daughters.
Again, food and atmosphere were great, I never expect anything less from our families favorite pizza spot, but the customer service aspect and the communication between employees leaves a lot to be desired, which honestly used to be one of the best parts of going to a spot like me n Ed’s vs the other pizza. chains.
Maybe the employees aren’t being payed enough to have a smile on their face or there’s a lot of pressure from up the chain of command to upsell or whatever else goes on to make sure revenue is where it needs to be, I’m not sure if there is or isn’t a justifiable reason why these things were happening, but it has made us reconsider sitting down at me n Ed’s or at least this branch for the foreseeable future

I First off want to say I’ve been here several times and the 2 newest reviews under me are FALSE! The food is good and atmosphere is as well. The service is the absolute best and I know the workers there personally since I go there every Sunday with my Family. They don’t even give out their names because they are not supposed to at all. So this person who typed all of those reviews are fake. Spam and please report. They are just mad because they are not happy with themselves in life they have to try to make a man almost lose his job all because of something personal.

I’m sure my father has put a review already but I went to eat with my family since I was coming down to California for a visit and when we did there was a worker who would not stop harassing my 16 year old sister he would continue and continue to approach, even I would catch him glimpsing over every time he passed by, I find it really creepy and honestly just pissed off that someone would do something like that even when being asked to stop his name happened to be “Anthony” when we asked a different worker at the restaurant. Terrible experience wouldnt bring my kids there.

Food wasn’t bad, however one worker was repeatedly asked by me to leave my daughter of 16 years old alone in which he kept trying to get her number and even when asked to stop he would double back around to try again I asked other workers for his name and it seemed to be Anthony haro I don’t appreciate what he did even when asked to stop considering the age of my daughter.

Ordered to go one combination pizza. Toppings were not cooked enough to my liking. It just wasn't a very good pizza. I'm not a big fan of me and eds, I prefer their coney Island New York pizza at River Park.
Dana and Eric have amazing customer service! Girlfriend didn't want mango habanero, she wanted buffalo and they changed them no hassle.

Great customer service tonight. Our food came out inappropriate time. Toppings were perfect not stingy with anything to top off. They had the mango habanero wings. Everything hit the spot. Even the nice cold beer

Place was empty basically. The person who took the order put it in wrong. We had ordered 2 family meals as advertised. He put in only 1 family meal and then added the other pizza separately. Was not paying full attention. Workers were helpful and friendly otherwise.
Parking: Plenty of parking and HANDICAP Spaces available.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of games, toys and room for kids to move around.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are wide enough to go in and plenty of room to maneuver around inside. The bathroom is hard to get in and out of.
