I ordered a calzone from this place on Shaw Ave. I saw the calzone as the oven person pulled it from the oven. She said OH NO . I saw that's it was burnt and they tried to give it to me. I asked him if that's the burnt one. He said it was crunching. I told I didn't pay for a burnt calzone and told him I'll never will come back here again .

The place was busy considering it was a Friday evening. But despite the obvious exhaustion of the staff they did very well. Nice group of people with smiles even laughing as to how tired they were. But they were also encouraging one another! Loved the food and look forward to seeing the staff again.

Ordered 2 calzones at 8pm, and were told it would be delivered around 90 minutes later. We waited 2 hours, until 10pm, and we never got it. Turns out they cancelled the order and refunded the money, and we didn't get a call or email to alert us. Now it's almost 10:30 at night, most food places are closed, and we have no dinner.
