Very poor customer service, I had an updated app with clearly mentioning $5 off every purchase and that lady sunny said I am not able to scan it so I would not be able to give you the discount and u can call customer service for ur rewards. While she was trying and arguing my yogurt melted n I asked if I can get another one to which she said it’s not melted, we do deliveries 30 minutes away n it doesn’t melt; when anyone could see that melted.
I am a regular customer at this location but this was my first bad experience, I would probably never visit again bcoz of the poor customer service.

I always come in to get a vanilla snow filled up with loads of toppings and it feels like it just gets better every time! Customer service is great and very easy to grab and go in a rush!

The worker was incredibly rude and I ordered the ice cream float that they have to make. And she brought it out with a hair in it. At that point I lost my appetite and didn’t even want the ice cream anymore I got a refund but that just ruined my whole experience.

I needed a last-minute cake for a birthday party and was able to find an amazing one here! There was a great selection of cakes. One of the employees helped explain the different fillings and answered all my questions!

Nice frozen yogurt shop. Plenty of toppings and a lot of yogurt variety. Clean restaurant with clean dining tables. Service is friendly and fast. Prices pretty ridiculous.

Terrible service and rude cashier. There was a bug in the toppings and place is overpriced for some yogurt. Don’t recommend.
