Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I always come in to get a vanilla snow filled up with loads of toppings and it feels like it just gets better every time! Customer service is great and very easy to grab and go in a rush!

The worker was incredibly rude and I ordered the ice cream float that they have to make. And she brought it out with a hair in it. At that point I lost my appetite and didn’t even want the ice cream anymore I got a refund but that just ruined my whole experience.

I needed a last-minute cake for a birthday party and was able to find an amazing one here! There was a great selection of cakes. One of the employees helped explain the different fillings and answered all my questions!

Nice frozen yogurt shop. Plenty of toppings and a lot of yogurt variety. Clean restaurant with clean dining tables. Service is friendly and fast. Prices pretty ridiculous.

Terrible service and rude cashier. There was a bug in the toppings and place is overpriced for some yogurt. Don’t recommend.

It was an inexpensive nice cool treat to take away from the Fresno heat me and my great grandparents came and all enjoyed the fro-yo we got a very nice selection of toppings and fro-yo flavors

Parking: At least 20+ spots available

Kid-friendliness: No bad music, shorter counters, candy toppings, toys

Wheelchair accessibility: A curb ramp and the boor is wide enough for a wheelchair and room in the facility

I’m only leaving this review for my son because I think he deserved a better experience giving the fact he got a voucher from school for making MERIT LIST! The two girls at the front desk were very rude and told us “uh it’s only gonna be $3 off” instead of congratulating my son for getting one or making it a fun experience it was very rude and very upsetting. If menchies is gonna do things like this for the kids it should be GENUINE not down played like it’s not an achievement!!!
