This was a great little place! The froyo was great! They had an acai berry thing that you could use to make an acai froyo bowl and it was amazing! Highly recommend!

The service is friendly and helpful. I like the option of self-service frozen yogurt. My favorite is definitely the Tart flavor; the others seem overly sweet to my taste. I don't eat much sugar and it's great to have a healthier snack option when I'm out and about. You can't go wrong with wrong with either Menchie's or Yogurtland! And of course they both have many great flavors and sweeter options and toppings if that is your preference.

We are from Ventura county so when we stopped in here with our tiny well behaved pup, the owner came out and asked us to get our dog out. I told her I was sorry and I was already finished serving my yogurt and waiting for my daughter so I could pay and leave. She told me to wait outside and I told her I couldn't yet because I was using Apple Pay from my phone. She rolled her eyes and I assured her we were leaving we just needed to be rung up. It was 110° out and I am used to our local establishments understanding the heat and having pets. We will never come to this Menchis again even if we don't have our fur baby. I don't like places that aren't compassionate toward animals.

I came in today wanting to get my family a sweet treat to cool off on a hot summer day and after approaching the cashier we were met with a bitter attitude and impatience from a blonde, curly haired girl. As we were going down the toppings, I was repeatedly asked things along the line of "Are you done?", "Dang is that enough?" and I overheard her talking to her coworker saying "How many toppings can someone get?". Overall from this experience I will NOT be coming back to ANY Menchie's Frozen Yogurt but I WILL be purchasing from Yogurt-land and every other frozen yogurt corporation EXCEPT Menchies. If i could leave 0 stars, i would.

05/11/22 - Stopped here for dessert with a friend.The staff was very kind and patient with us as we figured out what we wanted.It's fairly straightforward, you grab a cup, then proceed to pick out whatever Yogurt you want from the yogurt dispenser (yogurt dispenser...I never that thought those two words would go together in a sentence so well). Next you'll choose whatever toping you like. There was about 10-13 flavors to choose from as far as yogurt when we were here, ranging from Chocolate milk to Blueberry. There was also about two dozen toppings from crushed Kit Kat to almonds and m&ms.You pay by weight, so technically the only limit to how many toppings you can get is the size of the cup and your ability to pay for it all.Overall, we were in and out fairly quickly and my combination turned out to be delicious.

Went with my family of 6 to the store on Fresno/Friant. With 30 minutes before the store closed my 2 year old needed to use the restroom and we were refused! They had just cleaned the restroom and the girl working informed me that they don’t let anyone use the restroom after it’s been cleaned for the night! I was shocked! I told her my daughter is 2 and surely they can let her use it. She told me to “go next door, they’re open for like 2 more hours!” I couldn’t believe what she was suggesting. I didn’t pay the establishment next door, My family of 6 just spent money here!!! So I told her that she is still open for 30 more minutes, and again, my daughter is 2! The girl rolled her eyes and let us use the restroom, but I couldn’t believe the argument I had to have just to let my little girl go to the bathroom! There’s plenty of competitor yogurt places that I can and will take my family to, this place is not unique enough to put up with this rude and unaccommodating behavior. This establishment needs to retrain their employees on what is proper, legal and appropriate customer service. I get it that she was just trying to complete her check list of closing procedures, but let me remind you that they were still open for 30 more minutes and my daughter is 2 years old! She should be ashamed

Horrible customer service and explanation on a buy 1 get one free reading coupon my daughter earned at school.I ask how it works and I’m rushed through a process by the worker who seemed to be pushy on moving past the details and just charging me which is horrible customer service and the perfect example of bringing your personal life issues into work.No one should be that rude and argumentative over a question.I was going to purchase either way.Luckily I can move past the issue but this associate should be reviewed on being customer facing ready.Always clean and neat place.The only upside this visit.
I love this place. I've been here twice and the flavors are wonderful and delicious. I love that you can use little testing cups to try the flavors before you buy. Not only that but the toppings are nice as well and they also have chocolate covered cherries ?Thank you so much, I highly recommend this place if you want frozen yogurt with a lot of flavor.
