Time is 9:44 came at 9:30 they always close 30 minutes early. Every time I come they close early why close at 10 if your not going to at least stay open until the last 10 minutes before 10. Ridiculous. Girls always close don’t know how they get business if they close early change times to 9:00 or 9:30 next time please. Also other customers assumed they were open as your guys business times online is 10 they left as you guys are closed early

The employees tonight shook their finger at my daughter, telling no to coming in. It was well before the posted closing time and there was no explanation on the door as to why they closed early.. this was about 20 minutes ago

Great selection of yogurt flavors and toppings. The vanilla was the only flavor we tried that we did but enjoy but they rest were delicious.

Very clean. Delish combos. Toppings were fresh and kept full! Love this place!

Icream. Is good but your cashier have nasty attitude , mistreat my son with down syndrome and mental problem because he grab 2 piece of cookie . The cashier was hissing in the back we want to pay but she say don’t do it again to grab stuff . But my son don’t understand . So was going to pay but the go to the back and hide. They embarras my son in front of people. We would pay whatever was the extra charge . But they disappear

I recently visited Menchie's Frozen Yogurt and had a great time. Their strawberry ice cream is amazing—definitely one of my favorites. The atmosphere is really nice too, making it a perfect spot to hang out with friends or family. However, there's one problem: the restroom lock. Even when you press the lock button, the door can still be opened from the outside. It's a bit concerning and something they should definitely fix.

I have been going her for years. Great flavors and environment.
Summer flavors hit the spot. Many flavors to choose from. My favorite is cookie dough. Of course, tons of toppings but becareful because it adds up quickly. I recommend to sign up for the points. I get my 5$ credit easily
