If I can give a negative review, I would do so, but I’m not allowed according to Google !!!! I used to enjoy coming here, But today was just the last straw!!!!!.But today was just the last straw, The girl had no Customer Service skills. She was just on her phone with her AirPods on. She did not greet us at all !!! Didn’t ask what we wanted, she just stood there and waited for us to speak. She literally gave me pure eyes before I knew it. I was done with my drink, not even whipped cream was added to this, I used to enjoy coming here but not anymore and it’s such a beautiful place.

The guy had zero customer service skills. He mumbled and couldn't tell us much about the drinks and charged me twice for my drink. First time there and it was not a good experience.

Was there on Saturday 2/1. It’s a beautiful cozy atmosphere honestly gave me Friends the show vibes. sadly left very disappointed the young girl in the counter didn’t even greet us back which should have been the first flag. I really like supporting small businesses and decided to stop by but it was not what I expected. Not once did she actually say a word to me during the interaction. Left very disappointed and only leaving feedback so hopefully the owners can see how this is hurting their business.

Sadly I agree with the last two posts. Showed up with out of town family around 10 am looking for a place to have good coffee and sweets. Ignored by the rude employee for the longest time, with hai back turned to us. Finally greets us as if we were a nuisance instead of potential customers. Supposedly they were out of nearly everything on their menu (not even drip coffee?? Come on!!) Walked out and went to the Tower District where we had a great time.
To the owners of this establishment, if you're wondering why you have no business, just try being a customer here sometime.

Great Coffee, great food, great service. I had the Cajeta Latte hot, it was flavorful and robust. My daughter got the iced Horchata Lattee and it tasted exactly like an Horchata!! The tiny pan dulce garnish is delicious. We shared a #1 Buen Dia torta de Chorizo. The bread was soft and the scrambled eggs and chorizo were seasoned perfectly. This wonderful place gave me all the Mexican vibes in a great way!!

The cafe is cozy. The owner is welcoming and clearly answered our questions about the drinks. We appreciate that the cafe aims to create drinks that exhibit the coffee's true flavor rather than masking it with excess syrup or sugar. The drinks are also reasonably priced. My barista husband rates their Americano 8.5/10 and I rate their Cajeta latte 8/10. We will definitely be back with the rest of our family and friends!
Parking: Free parking lot all around the Manchester Mall.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp inside the mall just before the cafe.
Great quality coffees and service, id recommend the paleta payaso iced coffe ?

Don’t waste your time coming here says they are open on google but it’s closed for remodeling. I shouldn’t have to follow you on social media to see updates if your business is closed or not

The cutest little spot!! I had the Buen Dia torts and a Churro Latte and I was really impressed. Both were equally delicious and the service was quick and friendly. We will definitely come back!

My friend and I ordered from here for the first time and this is the perfect place for a nice classic cappuccino. It was a nice surprise that a coffee shop in my local mall is one of the best in town. ?
