Bad customer service. Girl was rude on the phone when I called and placed my order and confirmed when I went there to pick it up. She looked at me and I had to tell her pick up, the only words she spoke was "name" and the money total. Couldn't even look at me when giving me my change looking at her phone and as soon as the money went in my hand she picked it up, LOL. Didn't say thank you, nothing. Ridiculous. Food is ok at least. Used to be a little better (like bomb at times), now it's in the middle. Not bad, still good.

I entered Mika's and was the second person in line, I over heard the guy in front of me order a #9 so I decided to order the same, plus a 8 piece sushi roll, when it was my turn I looked behind me and it was a line of 5 people.. So I finished my order and sat down waiting patiently.. The guy that ordered the #9 was asked if he wanted a choice of either cucumber salad or regular salad and he made his choice.. Every person that was behind me and in front received their food and left, i was still waiting on my food patiently..I asked the cashier what was what was I waiting on, and she said the roll, and she pointed at the girl in the back saying she was making it, the girl in the back stopped what she was doing and did something else, so I asked for a refund on the roll, and the girl in the back said , " I'm making it now" at that point I had been there atleast 20plus minutes after the whole line left with their food...So finally I received my refund for the roll and my #9 but I wasn't offered my choice of salad like the guy before me, so I asked if I was going to have the same option as the guy who ordered his #9 she said yes, I said you never offered it to me but you gave me my food as if you weren't going to offer...The service is based upon if you're a regular or if they like you.. They don't know me so I received terrible service..I won't be returning any time soon, if you don't like your job you should get one that you enjoy, don't let paying customers receive your bad attitude for wanting what you sell

Had a pretty mediocre lunch here. I went with a combo plate that included a bone-in piece of white meat chicken and beef on a stick. The beef and chicken were dry and pretty flavorless. The rice was fine, and the tempura veggies were definitely the best thing on the plate. I don't think I'd return. If I did, I'd definitely get something very different.

Been a long time customer of Mikas and have always enjoyed their food. As of late the quality has gone down. I just went there yesterday to give it another shot and I specifically said I wanted all dark meat chicken. Well I didn't get all dark which ok, I don't care but the chicken seemed like it was made days before I got it. Tough and dry! I think that is going to be my last attempt at eating here unfortunately.
I was excited to try a new restaurant but I was disappointed. There was no teriyaki sauce on the chicken beef bowl. I usually don't order extra. I received six containers of soy sauce. The beef was fatty and the chicken tasteless. Nothing was hot or even warm. The salad had the same tasteless chicken and overcooked. It arrived in half the time reported. Don't rush just make it tasty. What a waste of money. It really shows that they don't care. I threw everything out.
First time here. I got their chicken bowl. It wasn't the best I've had, but it's worth trying out. I'd come back again.

Friendly staff and the food was really good. I had a nomaraki roll, which I ate before I remembered to take a picture. Posted is the combination plate that came with a lot of goodies like chicken, tempura, beef, and rice.

I've been going here since I was little. Love the California rolls, Mac salad and the chicken rice bowl. Their teriyaki sauce is so different than anyone else's and it's so good

Very unassuming, and honestly, doesn't look like it'll add up to much, BUT I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and the food quite delicious. I got the chicken stir fry and spring rolls - both were great. And the best part - the prices! Very happy with the decision to try this place out!
