This is a hole in the wall. Best sandwich in Fresno/clovis. Nice and simple. If u have a sensitive stomach, this tri tip sandwich won't cause issues. Just meat and bread no garbage. Real food. Lots of meat. Delicious house bbq on the side. Tender meat. Cooked thru. Evenly cooked. No complaints. Best sandwich. 10/10

I have always passed by this place.. and my fiancée and I finally tried it out. We went on a Saturday around noon, there was only one couple ahead of us. Service was quick! We ordered a Jumbo Tri-Tip, a small Coleslaw and a small rice pilaf to share. There is minimal outside seating... so we decided to bring the food home. The tri-tip sandwich is VERY GOOD!!! It was tender and the BBQ sauce on the side was a good touch! I would come back for this! The rice pilaf was delicious, and flavorful! The coleslaw had too much vinegar for my taste. I'd skip this next time.

This used to be my go to place for tri tip sandwich, it's been a while since I stopped here was craving it so stop by today. Pretty disappointed as I pulled up. I thought it was shut down didn't see the barbecue grill outside anymore or the usual tri-tip sandwich and chili beans bread on the tip burnt not sure if it was the garlic bread they put on the bread but man that thing was salty and the chili beans are my favorite only thing about it today was they were warm not hot like they always wanna go back for a while maybe it changed again

I've been going to this place for years. Every time I order 1lb of tri-tip, I always asked for a toasted roll on the side. Today, Esparanza charged me $2.75 for only HALF a roll. She didn't even understand that I wanted a roll on the side for the 1lb of tri-tip I bought. She just told me it's "too bad" and that I just need to order a sandwich if I wanted a full roll. I just paid $23 for a lb of tri-tip and now I'm having to pay for my full roll as well. I'm sorry, but this place just isn't what it used to be. They have lost my business for life after today.
