Iāve been going to this restaurant since i was a little girl and Iāve always loved it! Ignore the bad reviews, because it is so good! It is kid friendly and the staff is always waiting on us politely! There is beautiful cultural decoration and everyone is so kind. Food always comes out quick, so itās definitely five stars! Would reccomend!

I ordered special fried rice ...it was only 2 shrimps in the entire dish ...that's not special at all .. rice was white rice ...they do not cook with soy sauce.. so I received white rice with scraps of meat .. very disappointed HORRIBLE Food

Service was great, food came so fast. We got a half and half special for both of us. Made a couple changes, only a tiny fee to get pork instead of chicken. The staff wa very attentive and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend checking out this little gem near the Fresno Tower District.

Mingās Restaurant has been one of my all-time favorite spots in Fresno for over 15 yearsāand for good reason. Every time I return, I make sure to order their Chicken Chow Mein with pan-fried noodles, and it never disappoints. This dish is pure comfort: perfectly crisp noodles, tender chicken, and that unmistakable flavor that I simply cannot find anywhere elseānot in Texas, not anywhere.
What makes Mingās so special is the consistency. Year after year, the quality and taste remain just as I remember. Thereās something about their take on Chinese food that sets it apartāitās authentic, flavorful, and just hits differently in the best way possible.
Iām incredibly grateful that this gem is still in operation. In a world where great local restaurants sometimes fade away, Mingās continues to hold strong. This place is a Fresno staple, and I truly hope it stays around for generations to come.

We go eat here just about every other week. (At least once a month for sure āŗļø my kids love their pan fried noodles, tofu broccoli and chicken fried rice. Weāve been coming here for idk, 10 years or so (maybe longer) We order the same thing every time, lol and love it! Every one is really nice. Theyāre all friendly and kind, and the food comes out quickly! āŗļø

Food was super bland and low quality, no flavor, the orange chicken was giving rotten, atmosphere was quiet and dull there was no music and two sad people just sitting by themselves. The food was so Bad I promise please donāt go there. These people need to stop serving such disgusting food.
