Mirchi Masala blew me away — not just with the food, but how spotless and well-kept everything was. It’s honestly one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve been to. The tables, floors, and even the kitchen area looked spotless, which really shows the pride they take in their business.

The food was top-notch — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. You can tell nothing here sits around; everything tastes freshly prepared.

And seeing the father-and-son duo running the show was awesome. They were kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about giving every customer a great experience.

Fresno’s got a lot of good food, but this spot stands out for both its quality and care — highly recommend.

We came here on a Saturday around 1:00. They had a buffet. On the weekend! I was super excited because I love to sample the things I wouldn’t normally try, and then of course my favorites were on the line as well. The surprising star of the show was the cauliflower dish. Omg, I cannot stand ghost broccoli, but the server told us it was her favorite so I gave it a try to be polite. Let me tell you, the way I ran back for a second plate of nothing but the cauliflower. Everything was delicious and I will be sure to stop in next time I’m passing through

Came for the weekday lunch buffet. $18 per person. Well worth the price and the food was so delicious! Loved the butter chicken, they had a sweet and spicy falafel dish that was also very good. Samosas were flavorful. The service was impeccable and the server and owner were very friendly. Ambiance is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. I would love to return when I have the ability to eat more.

The atmosphere is spotless, elegant, and welcoming. The floors shine like mirrors, and every detail shows pride and care.

The owner himself greeted us and served as our host, and you can instantly tell he has a genuine passion for food and people. He shared the story behind the restaurant — their values, dedication to quality, and love for what they do — and when the food arrived, everything he said came to life.

Each dish was perfectly seasoned, using high-quality, tender meats and rich, distinct spices that created a beautiful harmony of flavors. Every bite was a flavor explosion — like Bollywood in your mouth!

The service was impeccable, the atmosphere warm, and the food beyond incredible. Whether you’re new to Indian cuisine or a long-time fan, try everything. Be bold! You won’t be disappointed — every single dish is delicious.

The moment you walk in you are greeted by a clean and welcoming environment. The owner was walking around greeting people and giving menu suggestions. Butter chicken, naan and jeera rice were delicious. The best part is everything is made fresh! Kudos to the chef and all the work that is put in! The owner greeted us and checked on us making sure everything was to our liking. At the end of the meal I tried the best Indian ice cream. It was pink in color and the flavor was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Nice and delicious food friendly staff

Tasty, different and healthy experience of Indian food. Top notch service. Excellent ambiance and cleanliness. Very professional and friendly. I won’t be surprised if this will be a Michelin star restaurant soon. 10 stars.

Way too expensive the order we did it was same order we usually do at other indian restaurants and pay no more than $250 but they charged $441 and on top of that they charged 20% of total bill as gratitude charges
Me and my family do dinner once a week at different restaurants and but this is the restaurant that charge way too much for every thing
And if we talk about their service is way too slow u have to wait for 20-25 minutes after every order
