Tried this place near closing on 08/05. The staff there was super friendly, made our experience that much better. The food and drinks were also super yummy. We were actually going to go to Baskin Robbin next door but my daughter begged to come here and I’m glad we did. This is our new favorite spot in Sanger

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my visit to this boba shop was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. I was excited to try both the boba and the Korean corn dogs, but everything from the service to the food left a bad taste in my mouth.

First off, the staff — especially one employee and the manager — were incredibly rude and dismissive. I had a simple question about the menu and got attitude in return, as if I was bothering them just by being there. When I brought up a mistake in my order, they acted like it was my fault and didn’t even apologize.Happened today at the Fresno location.

As for the food, the corn dog was undercooked and soggy, and the boba was way too sweet with barely any tapioca. Everything felt rushed and sloppy.

Customer service is just as important as the product itself, and this place failed on both fronts. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless major changes are made.

My name is Shaylei with Your Party Besties & I recently had a client that wanted a mobile boba bar for her daughters quince but had trouble finding one. Mochilicious is owned by a friend of mines family and I know they have been expanding so I immediately reached out, they had never done this kind of thing before but quickly got to work to make my clients vision come true (with less than a week notice!) The owners were AMAZING and soo kind. They came set it all up, handed the extra refills off to me and came to clean it all up the same night, even let my client take home their containers so she could have what was left, it was a HUGE hit! If your ever in need of some boba or treats for your big day don’t hesitate to call Mochilicious you won’t regret it!!!

One and done, customer service was really bad, the food was ok and the atmosphere was really good but it can't make up for bad customers, I was really hoping for a better experience from all the hype, go somewhere else were they value their business and work hard in ever aspect.

Their donuts are sooo good! The fruity pebble and strawberry ones! I didn’t like the corn dogs, mine was raw and the guy kindly made me another one but it was also raw. The kids working there were nice

Workers are tooooo comfortable, they always standing talking to each other laughing or flirting like is this how kids work nowadays. There’s a time n place for all that. Can’t even push the order right on the pos system, messing up orders. Then they say they can’t do nothing if it’s messed up. Some people just want to get in and get out not see kids goofing off. SMH then
