Food takes forever and it’s cold and the cashier is rude and talks to their coworkers the whole time while we wait for service

Tried the Ube boba and churro donut. Both were delicious. I usually order boba with a fraction of the sugar; the sugar content is preset and you cannot customize it. Despite that, it was not as sweet as I expected which was a plus. The donut was chewy and seasoned great. Looking forward to going back.

The food here is amazing. The place looks relatively clean and new. I wish there were chairs inside, so people could sit down. The people are nice, but they are also kind of clueless. After I ordered a corn dog, I wanted ketchup packets. The staff were talking and laughing in the back, and I kind of had to wait there. The potato 1/2 mozzarella and 1/2 corn dog was amazing.

Both girls at the register and handing out the order were super nice both deserve 10/10 on customer service! Corn dogs were a good size and not greasy! Didn’t leave me feeling bloated like others it was delicious! Recommend the potato mozzarella with sweet chili ?

Management should really reconsider their employees in leadership positions.Went there for the first time today and ordered 3 mochidonuts and a Thai tea. The employee at the register was fantastic however the other employee wasn’t.So anyways, I’m waiting on my boba tea and the what I can assume was the shift leader, brought out a Thai tea and was looking for who ordered it. So I asked if that’s the Thai tea and she said yes, so I said that’s what I’m waiting on. She proceeds to ask me for my receipt which I put in my purse somewhere. I couldn’t find it immediately. So she proceeds to tell the employee at the register “next time tell the customers to hold onto their receipts!!”Then she hands me the drink and says okay with the most vile attitude and turns around…You never ever treat a customer that way and berate your employee in front of the customer EVER!I would definitely retrain some of the employees in leadership roles.

When we went it was slow but could be because it was very busy that day. Had a line of people so appears to be popular. Kind of overrated though. Donuts were soft and good but very sweet. Korean corn dogs were only available during certain times when we last went. They were good too however they are very fattening. One corn dog is good enough for a meal. Overall, it's not bad. I just wouldn't eat there all the time.

This place has great service! I was in and out of the place in less than 10 minutes. The workers were very nice with providing recommendations on what different flavors to try. On top of that, the food was delicious! Ill definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my family and friends.

The actual dough part of the Mochinut was alright (light and fluffy - like a plain donut). The toppings of the flavours we got weren’t the greatest.Traditional Mochi is gluten free (and vegan). Their Mochi donuts are neither sadly. Other than the name the Mochinuts have no similarity to Mochi. You’re really paying for the novelty of the donut. Probably won’t order again as they are just uniquely shaped donuts that don’t taste as good and cost more.

Not worth $3 a piece sadly. Would be better if they were warm.

Mochinut is a popular brand of mochi donuts, which are made with rice flour and have a unique chewy texture. Mochinut is committed to providing great quality food and service. On Saturday, I took my son and his friends to try something new at Mochinut, and we weren't disappointed! We got a six-pack of spooky donuts, and they were all delicious. I had the churro donut, which was a combination of churro-flavored mochi dough and cinnamon sugar. I also ordered the Thai tea boba, which was amazing. If you’re in the mood for something different recommend checking them out.
