In a climate of restaurants slowly going downhill this place really stood out. I called and spoke to an actual employee at this location. He was super nice to me over the phone as I was calling the day before a discount was available. I ended up ordering online and once I showed up the reward I had chosen didn't get correctly done as the app needs work lol and they still made me the extra item I wanted. Super friendly and such breath of fresh customer service. Food is delicious!

Food and staff are phenomenal, but you have your staff working in a environment with no ac. The store is extremely hot and staff notified me the ac has been down a while. That is no way to treat your staff. Do better mountain mikes.

Will never be back for the lunch buffet. Lettuce was bad, lack of toppings available and do not match what is shown in pictures. Also i do not consider 1 pepperoni pizza as a buffet. There are people that are vegetarian or do not eat pork. They did put out another pizza before we left but yet again pork. There were multiple groups eating and no pizza left after 5 minutes. After 45 minutes a 3rd pizza and still pork and not to mention the Canadian bacon tasted rancid and i felt really sick 15 minutes after eating it.
The lack of consideration of this location is ridiculous… I called to order a pizza and they gave me an hour timeframe and after the hour passed, I called to get an update and the person that answered the phone said oh yes, we’re going to make your pizza right now and put it in the oven and then take it to you and I was confused because I had already waited an hour. He apologized and said that he had just got there and that his boss should have called me to let me know that it was taking longer than usual, but I did not receive any call nor an update. And their solution was just to say sorry and if I still wanted it if they didn’t have the capacity to make the pizza, they should’ve never took a delivery order

We ordered a large Everest and a small, two topping to be picked up. The pizzas were ready when we got there at the time we were told they would be ready. We were helped by Leo. He was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of quickly. The only negative was the limited toppings on the small pizza. The Everest was well made and tasty.

Most of the time, I bring my family on Sundays for lunch. But last Sunday, the service was horrible. It seems like they have new employees that don’t know what they’re doing. My food takes forever and the pizza was chewy. It seems like their oven needs to be calibrated or something. And to make it worse, the temperature of the restaurant was very hot. I will not be bringing my family to this restaurant ever again. Service was awful.
