Mountain Mike's Pizza

We are regular customers of this location, 90% delivery, 10% takeout, so my review is not for dine-in, but anytime I’m there for takeout I will say that it always appears extremely clean & the staff is always friendly. My review was prompted tonight by extraordinary service by our driver. Our pizzas were delivered on time as promised (as usual), and the driver was very pleasant (as usual). Because we are such regular customers, we have an abundance of Parmesan & red pepper packets from previous deliveries, so it didn’t even phase us that he didn’t leave us the baggie of packets this time. We were enjoying our delicious pizza, when a few minutes later, our doorbell rang & it was our driver returning with apologies that he forgot to leave us our cheese & peppers before. Wow! Talk about above & beyond! Great job MM & extra kudos to your driver tonight. 10/10!!

I have to do an edit because after posting this review and submitting a note on their website, the owner called me and made it right. Jasmine apologized and provided a credit for a new order. When I called to place the order, she knew me right away and gave me an additional discount, as a I was placing a larger order than before. Everything arrived quickly and was hot, fresh and delicious like I have come to expect through the years. Thank you Jasmine! I am so happy that I dont have to find a new pizza place.

Normally love this place, but today I was given the wrong pizza for delivery with items that my mom cannot eat and was told I would have to pay to receive the correct pizza. I offered to send the wrong pizza back to prove it was wrong and was told it was out of their hands as it was the manager's call. The manager on duty was Maria. Long time customer who normally recommends this place is now lost. I am very disappointed.

First time trying their buffet and my favorite was their salad bar! My boss actually called them ahead of time about our party of 7 and informed them of which pizzas we wanted to eat and when we got there, about 10 minutes in, they had the pizzas hot and ready for us. Salad bar was stocked. Good experience!

My buddies and I, are here constantly for the lovely people and the fantastic pie. Love the lunch buffet!! Mrs. Mountain as we call her is just a gem, she is very accommodating and cares about her customers. There’s several tv’s always playing, i could be there for hours. They also got a punching machine if you like to play like me. So come and enjoy seriously!!!!!!

The atmosphere in here was amazing the time we waited so too little cause I would have waited 20 minutes for this but it needs way more people here and is better than Dominos in my opinion

This pizza is really good. I frankly never had a pizza with such delectable cheese, pepperoni. Not to greasy nor to dry the best I have ever had in fresno

ordered 20 slice pizza with garlic sticks and wings && only 1 ranch ! had to pay 1$ for extra ranch !! mozerella was thick and nasty
never coming here again! may 30th
