It also has a small video game section with a television set to a childrens network, the temp of seating area was a little cold for me at this time of year but the bathrooms where very clean and smelled clean too. They also have a outdoor area w/ limited seating that is shared with wing stop. Stay away they skimp on the toppings for a large pizza overcooked and the cheese sticks are burnt to the max. It left a nasty taste in my mouth. I don’t live on this side of town and never experienced this from a mountain mikes. Usually order from Herndon/first location A+ with food. Either reteach the pizza maker/quality control. Surprised to get this low grade pizza with such high reviews.***please note I provided a picture from another mountain mikes which forgot the green onion toppings; as you can see way plentiful toppings on a medium size pizza.As you read the reviews shows 3 and 6 months ago they had complains about this same issue with no improvement. Said to ruin a birthday celebration.

The food was great! I got Pikes Peak and when I say it was loaded it was LOADED with toppings!! They have some of the best wings that I have tired in a long time and a good selection of wing flavors. Great customer service from all the staff that approach me!! Overall my experience here was great and I will be going back very soon. :)

Customer service is not good at all our first time coming to try this pizza was okay they told us it was a 25-30 minute wait for our medium pizza and order of mozzarella stick I think it don’t take that long to put the mozzarella sticks in the fryer we could have eat that first or was like one group of family sitting down, really slow service and the young lady that help us not even say welcome or how can I help you or anything, when she brought us our food no enjoy or anything she stayed quiet and we told her thank you and no response that’s really unprofessional in my opinion she needs better training ! The pizza is okay it had a weird taste at the end.
On 2/15/24 I paid $14 for the lunch buffet at this specific Mountain Mikes. I took the only slice of pizza available at the buffet and a house salad. The salad bar was out of dressing and there was no more pizza. For the next 45 minutes, I was told by THREE different employees that there would be more coming out in "5 minutes". Nothing was ever brought out. This happened last week. I didn't want to write a review out of frustration so I gave myself time to think about it before I decided to post this. (I should note that there was only one other customer in the dining room when this happened)

Been to dozens of MMs across the state, this was the first time that's ever happened to me, and I thought it was dope. Super clean restaurant and staff was helpful and considerate. Great job!
Appreciate the freshly ovened pizza. As someone who has enjoyed pizza in Brooklyn, Chicago, and Italy my bar is high. While the crust is fresh and crisp, it's too thick. Personally, the cheese and tomato sauce were okay. I appreciate the claw machine and the punching machine as sources of entertainment.
