I ended up waiting around 45 minutes for my take out order, and there was only one elder woman who was taking the orders and chef-ing for all of us customers. I grew impatient halfway through my order being prepared, it was so long waiting for a takeout order than I'm used to. But, I recognized the people who were ahead of me were being efficiently served, as they were dining in guests, and were a larger party of about 9-10 people.
All that being said, my chicken larb and papaya salad (Lao style) were made for me exactly as I ordered; spiciest as possible! And I got free sticky rice thrown in.
It is 3 minutes from my home, and I will definitely be back!

Mini thai boat is a little too sweet for me but for the price, you cannot beat it! Papaya Salad 7.5/10. Super busy woman all by herself. Big props to her for running a small business. Must try! On top of that, she didn't charge us for refilling 6 gallons of drinking water. Thank you

The best papaya! Food was delicious. Could use some help, so wait time isn't so long.

A little slow, one person running the place. But food was great and prices were very reasonable.

Exciting concept dulled by long wait times and mediocre food.TLTR:Waited way too long for my order while good was good, definitely did not warrant the long waitI was excited to try this place mainly for the $3 ($3.50) mini Thai boat bowels. I liked the concept of dropping in, getting a quick 1 or 2 bowels of noodles that won't break the bank. Restaurant is located in a small shopping corner, hole in the wall type joint. The place offered 3 tables back to back that can sit 4 adults comfortably per table. The dinning area is dark, not illuminated, other than what light you get coming through the thin curtains that were pulled to cover the windows. There was one family seated at the table waiting for their food. Two other parties followed behind me, I was hoping to dine in, but there was no one to great the customers as we entered, I wasnt sure to take a table first or stand by the counter to order first. I figured it's one of those establishments were youll order first and then take a seat, while I waited at the counter, the two parties behind me took the only two tables left. Not their fault of course, so I was left with no choice but to take my food to go. I stood at the counter for 10mins til the only lady working there, came from the back to take my order. I ordered a plate of sausage and a bowel of the mini thai boat. I went to sit in my car since there was no other place to sit. Waited in my car for another 20mins til my order was ready. I thought it was a ridiculously long wait for food that you can usually walk in and grab to go at most Asian supermarkets. The sausage was good but nothing special, just like any other sausage at any other Asian supermarkets. The Thai boat was good, sweet and sour but was definitely not worth the wait.

I hate to leave bad reviews but the service was bad. We didn’t get any waters and napkin. The food wasn’t as hyped as what the other people’s reviewed.

Yummy food for low price
It's 100+ degrees. While the kids gave good service, it would have been good if they had the thermostat turned down to at least 75 degrees. It was hotter inside than being outside in the shade.Food was ok. I tried the pork and chicken skewers, sausage and papaya salad. Decent. Might have to give it another try on a colder day.
