It’s really yummy, but I didn’t know they turn off their ovens an hour before closing and they shouldn’t be cleaning when you still have an hour to close as well I had to carefully walk around the worker cleaning so I don’t step on the trash

We love Mr Pickles and are so happy this location is good. This is our second location we have tried and both have been exceptional!!

Keep up the good work and remember a little friendliness from staff goes a long long way for customer experience. Thank you Mr. Pickles staff for doing a great job today!!!

We took ours to go but next visit we will try the outside sitting area.

The only down side is we wish the prices were a little lower. But that's because everything is so expensive nowadays.
$30 for two sandwiches, with the works, No combos.

Would be nice for a first time customer if you had some guidance for where I stand to get food instead of making me guesss when you have people just standing all over. Seemed easier to order grub hub from here as they were all piled up. Left. Won’t try it.

How do you guys mess up almost every single sandwich? Ordered 6 sandwiches, 2 were right. Like you read the receipt and put the fries in the bag. Wrong bread, no bacon on any, wrong condiments, wrong combos. I’m sorry, but I get one mistake, but 4 complete mistakes? Plus we saw the disrespect with the portion sizes being way lower than when we go in person. Always great ordering online to make your lives easier for you to purposefully mess up our food.

Edit to owner response: It’s a metaphor for the fact that your job is too easy for you to fail so hard and be so incompetent. But my outcome with my order now makes sense seeing management is just as incompetent to not catch that 😂.

Do not go to this place. This place is a ripped off. I paid $20 for a tiny sandwich. Go to deli delicious or subway is 4x bigger n cheaper. I want my money back!!

Store is not paying attention to customer selection on ingredients. One of the Kickin' Chicken (sammie) (online) missing cheese added mustard when I selected NO mustard. Skimpy on the chicken; one sandwich only got two pieces of chicken.

They never staff enough during the lunch rush. One person serving current customers with a line out the door and having to ring up their own sales, while one only made sandwiches for online orders and some random guy messing around in the back not helping anyone. No one has time to stand in line for 25 minutes of their lunch hour before they even get their food

Stopped by today. Was asked which option I wanted for this and that and I had what I thought was a good convo with the employee. Specifically bacon, sourdough toasted and no mayo. Didn’t get any of that. She knew it as I sat there and ate it. I was so tired from traveling for 24 hours I didn’t pick up on the mayo until half way through it so I threw the rest away, which for $18 that’s an expensive sandwich.

Once I picked up on it I looked up and she was watching me and then looked away. I normally like this shop but today’s service was horrible. Food quality Is consistent.

The staff was fine, but the wait is always too long. The sandwiches are as good as any Mr Pickles, and it is my favorite sandwich shop. Please, please step it up and have enough staff so you don’t have to wait a half hour when you have 4 people ahead of you.
