The service was outstanding! Amazing customer service for sure, the food was fresh, great plating and efficient time from when one order the food. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend this place for authentic Japanese food.

Saturday, tepanyaki lunch, not busy. Staff very attentive. Food terrific. First time here but we'll be back!

Right when you walk in it smells like a dirty cafeteria. And is their AC broken? I didn’t last 5 minutes in there, I walked out, didn’t want to risk eating in this environment. Good luck anyone who eats here.

Decent food

We came in today for 2pm reservations, sat down right at 2 for teppanyaki and waited a whole hour and 10 minutes til our cook arrived. Also no server even reassured us that the cook was coming or apologized for the delay. It was my moms birthday celebration and at the end they gave us one piece of chocolate cake for the “inconvenience” isn’t that what they give you anyways for a birthday celebration??? We also asked to talked to a manager and they never came!!! So sad. Plus the cook barely did any tricks and mostly just cooked and was not interesting at all, and no I’m not exaggerating.

Super affordable and fun! The chefs are fun and nice! Would definitely return again!

They don’t honor reservations. Food is horrible, staff is even worse. And yes we showed up on time and they gave our table away and the manager lied and said it wasn’t for another 15 min when it wasn’t.

Most of the staff were cordial. The spicy garlic edamame were delicious. Our teppanyacki chef was entertaining, but the meal was so-so. Fortunately, we didn't have to pay for the entertainment of the dancing cockroaches. The management did partially discount the meal for the dancing cockroaches on the table.

We've always enjoyed their sushi and bento dishes, but this review is not about the food. It's about mediocre service and inconsideration.
Our server seamed impatient with our small party. Having worked very long hours we came in for a relaxing meal. We ordered drinks and before they arrived we were asked if we were ready to order on two occasions. That set an uncomfortable tone which came to a head when we received the check. We noticed a $7.00 charge for two soda waters served in paper cups for our grandchildren. When asked about the charge, the server abruptly said, the restaurant considers the water as a soft drink soda. At $3.50 a cup the server should have stated there is a charge for the water. Thus giving us the option to pass or purchase. Due to the poor service, we've decided to enjoy our future sushi elsewhere

One of the best Japanese restaurants I've experienced. My sister (very picky and restricted diet) and I rated this 5 stars with regards to the excellent menu options, tasty food, moderate prices and good service. Because of the wait, we decided to sit at the sushi bar immediately, where we could order and be served right away. The restaurant has large dining and separate sushi and tepenyaki areas. The beautiful fresh creations coming from the sushi bar were amazing!
