TERRIBLE customer service. Waiter placed our mens on table & walked away. Took over 15 min before our order was taken. Waiter messed up our order because he didn't bother to write it down & we only ordered 3 items. Servers all emotionless, unprofessional, & rude. Was never checked on & waited 5 min at register before someone came & took our payment. My husband & I have never been so disappointed.

Honestly this use to be one of the best pho places I’ve ever tried we’d drive almost an hour just to come eat at this location and with every visit just keeps getting worse. The pho is delicious until I found some extra protein I didn’t order (a fly) in my broth. I alerted the employees who didn’t really seem to care or apologize and brought me another bowl but they forgot about my extra meat balls I ordered. Once I addressed that they questioned me and asked to see my receipt as if I was lying??? I work in the food industry and if my guests brought this up to me I would’ve made it right by not making my guests feel like they’re a problem for finding bugs in their food. Pt. 1 btw 🙃
Me and my man weeks later decide to give them another shot for our anniversary dinner (we both love the pho & rice plates) it was a nice night out so we asked for outside seating to enjoy our meal, the waiter was annoyed when we asked to be seated, didn’t say a single word walked us out to the small patio, threw our menus on the table and walked away as I said “thank you ☺️”. Didn’t offer us drinks to get started, no appetizers NOTHING. We take our seats and wait almost 25-30 minutes for someone to take out order. After waiting LONGER than that we discussed how upsetting it was to wait this long and how at this point we should go eat somewhere else, we got fed up, grabbed our belongings and brought the menus back inside for them. As we hand them back we find our “server” enjoying his meal and we are addressed by another man in the building asking him “What about the people waiting outside” and then proceeds to ask us “Hi were you guys served yet” like??? . Thanks for the good times Nho Kitchen we genuinely enjoyed you’re restaurant for some time 👍

The food is good, but the service is awful. The place is nice but the floor is supper slippery and if you go as soon as they open it smells like they mopped with a dirty mop

I've been enjoying pho for over 30 years of my life!! The way is made here is 2nd to none! I have tried over 30 different restaurants here in the Valley and I always come back to Nho...

I ordered smashed avocado, but it wasn’t smashed at all — the avocado came in large chunks and wasn’t mixed properly. Some pieces had dark spots and a slightly off smell, which makes me think it wasn’t fresh. Disappointing experience.
📍 Nho Kitchen No.1 – McKinley & First, Fresno
Nothing beats a warm, homemade bowl of pho at a family or friend’s house—but when that’s not an option, Nho Kitchen is my top choice. The broth is clear and deeply flavorful, infused with spices and bone essence, yet not overly oily. It delivers that comforting, satisfying experience pho lovers look for.
🍽 Pictured:
1️⃣ Beefy Pho – A fully loaded bowl featuring tendon, meatball, brisket, tripe, rare steak, and a whole back rib bone. The variety of textures and meats is the real draw. I had to add extra noodles just to match the protein. Maximum satisfaction achieved.
2️⃣ Beef Back Rib 🍖 – Taken straight from the bowl, this rib is tender, flavorful, and truly elevates the dish. It’s what makes the Beefy Pho stand out.

As an Asian, I approve of the food. I always get their grilled pork spring rolls and chè dessert drinks. Always consistent. 👍
