Used to be one of the best pho places in fresno. Ever since #2 opened, the service and food quality has gone downhill. The restaurants reeks of old beef fat. They have this annoying tiny metal cup + water dispenser combo if you want water. When we went, they brought the first half of the table's pho out but, just never brought out the other half food. (It should be noted that it wasn't even busy or packed, they just forgot). No idea what happened there. Also, my cousins beef chow fun had the most salty beef we had ever witnessed (saltier than the sea). I'd say to keeps way from Nho's until they can get their act together.
First time having pho in Fresno in a long time and always hear great things about this place. My group got here around 8:40 pm and was seated right away. Once we were seated we waited 20 mins to get our orders taken. Keep in mind after 8:30 they only serve pho and a few other other dishes. There were people after us and all got their orders taken before us. We had to ask multiple time for cups for the self serve water. When we all got our pho, I was quite disappointed. I ordered the steak and tendon, the Tendon was still hard and chewy, not soft at all. Pho broth was mediocre not much flavor. I wanted to love this place.
Went here on a date and had a great time! Food was incredible and Jarron at the front desk was very kind and professional!
Best Pho in the 559 oxtail is yummy
This was amazing. Everything was so good, service okay. Atmosphere authentic and very polite workers.
Food was great also had great customer service the server Brock was really nice and also was helpful for me n my husbands first time there. When we ask he never gave an any bad feedback he just did everything we ask with a smile on his face . All in all 10/10 experience.
Food is great. Service could use some improvement
They sat me down with the menu. Three other tables came in after me and they all got their food. Even after complaining that I was here first they still ignore me. I went around to pho 75 and was served instantly.
First, let’s talk about the ambience: absolutely chaotic. There are multiple TVs all playing different things at full volume, making it impossible to hear anything clearly. The noise alone gave me a headache.
Second, the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff is seriously lacking. The workers were wearing open-toed slides that were visibly filthy! not only unprofessional, but honestly unappetizing. I understand it’s a younger staff, but basic hygiene and dress standards should still apply in a restaurant.
The food:
The pho left me extremely dehydrated.
The drink we ordered was basically sugar syrup. So sweet it actually burned my throat.
Even the water smelled awful, like stale sweat. Which is unacceptable.
Worst of all, the very next day, the person I came with ended up with serious food poisoning (they lost almost 10 pounds from all the vomiting). Looking back, it’s not surprising. The place felt dirty, the workers looked unclean, and the overall environment gave us no confidence in the food safety.
Although, the original location is a disappointment, Nho Kitchen #2 is awesome. it’s clean, quiet, and the food always tastes fresh. Unfortunately, this was a completely different experience than what I was hoping for. I've never left a review before but I think its important you know what to expect before coming here.
Ordered House Special pho as recommended to me by a family member. Delicious!!! The blended traditional coffee was also good.
The spring rolls are bigger than what I’m used to. I love that.
Will be coming back soon and I recommend to any and everyone.
Kid-friendliness: Kids have a choice of non-veggie soup or rice+protein with no veggies. My son loved it. High chairs available for babies

Me and my cousin came here yesterday to try out their oxtail pho, we came during busy peak time and had to be on the waitlist. Took about 20 mins to get seated, ordered two bowls of pho, no apps, or other dishes/drinks, and waited another 35 mins just to get our pho. Overall, the broth was good, and this place isn't stingy on their oxtail, unlike most pho restaurants back in MN/WI, we understand that they was busy but come on 35 mins for two bowls of pho.
Wow oh wow! Saw this place off of TikTok and decided I must give it a try! I am visiting from San Antonio Texas and am proud to say that this place thoroughly impressed me. I got the B0. Generous portions with exceptional flavor. Would def come back and recommend to anyone! Great and friendly customer service.
