Food is great! The pho is awesome but the ambiance is kinda dirty. It takes them a awhile to bus tables and thr bathrooms are dirty. Had lunch with my mom and the first table we saw was filthy. We've been here for at least 20-30mins and thier dirty tables were still in the same state. If they kept it clean, this place would be so much better. Their condiment holders look like they've never been wiped down.

Be aware!!!! Today I was totally disappointed. Two employees drying silverware, one steps to the side to clean a spill with a mop and goes back to dry silverware without washing hands. Second employee steps out for what I believe is his break, comes back goes into the restroom and doesn't wash hands. He goes straight to clean the silverware every one is going yo use. I walked out. I could not dare to eat there anymore. This place has lost my business and I will tell all my family and friends no to come here.

Probably not come order boba drinks take out if I have to wait about 30 minutes or more each time. This was my 3rd time in a row. Similar situation it seem like they forgot my order and I don’t see anyone manning the drink station. I do see other food being served while waiting

I was craving for Vietnamese food and saw that this place also had Bahn Mi. I decided to check it out, and I'm so grateful that I did. Their vegetable pho is flavorful and full of vegetables and tofu. Anyone can do vegetable soup, but the vegetables, noodles, and tofu combined had a really good texture that I savored every bite. The bahn mi was also delicious and a great texture experience. I wasn't able to try their coffee, but it's a really good experience. I got served pretty quickly, given that I ate their at 9:15AM. I think this is a great place to go to.
