One of favorite places to eat. We usually order to go. However cashier seemed bothered to even take our order. Didn’t even say hi or how can I help you. We got there 1 hour before closing the floor had been mopped and was soaked. Some areas you had to be very careful not to slip no wet floor signs. Food was amazing wish the service was amazing. Did not feel welcomed.

I found a hair on my son's food , it was literally stuck to the shrimp . It was gross ? . First time and last time eating there.

The ambiance was good. The place was clean. The service was not good. First, we were greeted when we walked in but when we get to the cashier, the lady was kind of rude. We ordered and waited. When food was ready, hubby was getting sauce which was good because there were no sauces included in our to go order. He said he got weird looks as he was getting sauce. We got our food to go. The food was okay. The katsu chicken was best flavored. I got the kats mixed which had katsu chicken, kalbi ribs, and bbq beef. The ribs didn't have a ton of fat but the flavor was very minimal, kind of bland. The bbq beef was okay. Overall an okay experience. The portions were kind of small compared to other food spots we've tried

I always come here. It's a staple in my rotation of restaurants. I know it seems pricey but it's a lot of food. I can definitely get two meals out of one order. But I usually get the mini plate because they're very filling. But you have to get the hibachi sauce. They provide one with the plate but I like to mixed it in my meat. It's a $1 each but it's so good.

Great food! The heated teriyaki sauce and hibachi sauce are wonderful! I'd give them 5 stars if they had a ramen meal that didn't include pork. The beef and the chicken are just so good. I highly suggest you give this place and try!

I came here about a week ago, I ordered the bbq chicken with a side of crab rangoons. The chicken was over cooked a little , it was a tad bit dry and the side of crab was ok.. I would order here again to try something new . When I ordered in person, there was no line and no one waiting to order. The girl who took my order seem kind of irritated that she was taking my order and she came off as a little bit rude. Maybe she was having a bad day? Hopefully that isn't the case when I come back and order again (:
