We’re out of towners and came to spend time with our family in the area. The place was packed when we got here however the staff was in panic and tables weren’t being served. We were here for 30 minutes and our beverages still weren’t brought to the table and then they still forgot some of them. The food still took another hour and again not everything was brought together some in our party still waited an additional 30 minutes. The food was cold mine specifically had burnt eggs. Do not recommend

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Be prepared that even on days where theres 3-4 tables you will have to wait over half an hour to get your drinks, order and get your food for each thing. Got so tired of waiting I would have to get up and ask the waitress for my drink, check, napkins and even more. Not to mention the bbl bandit that gets mad if you ask her anything because she will rudely ignore you and just point to you as another person comes to help. My food was extremely salty, uneatable and the waitress an older women tells me the meat came in salty so I had to change my dish. Then my molcajete came in dry and she said the sauce would be charged extra. When I explained Ive gone there before always ordered the molcajete and it always came with green sauce, she took it back and removed hella things like the cheese and other toppings. Went there really happy and now I leave embarrassed this was my recommendation. The food here isnt free, I should have gotten my food without so much hassle! The waiters would be off talking and the lady that was our server wouldn’t even check in on our table. I had to remind her for things I had already asked for like drinks. I talked to the manager, but from the reviews its clear customer service is not a priority. I wont be coming back here ever, and recommend people dont either.

Ordered a huarache de asada and when it arrived it was cold. Seems like it has been sitting on the side for long.

Had asada tacos, the meat was so dry and hard. But the salsa was ok. Tried the burrito, again asada was very dry, overwhelming taste of bad oil on the rice and beans, and the wait was terrible. Lesson learned

Slowest and worst service in the world. Waited for seating. Waited for chips and salsa. Waited for water. Waited for order to be taken. Once I gave my order I waited another 20 minutes for a plate of mole enchiladas. I asked when I would see my meal and the waitress (Sandy) had no answer. It was another 10 minutes before my meal came.

$10 for a tiny margarita served in the smallest margarita glass you've ever seen.

Rice and beans were room temperature. Mole sauce was oily and had a strange taste to it. I ended up opening the enchiladas and eating just the chicken inside.

And to add insult to injury, I had to go to the counter and ask for a water refill while the waitress was just standing around behind the counter doing nothing. She never came over once to my table after delivering my meal. I wasn't even asked if I wanted another margarita.

Overall, a very bad experience.

I had a huarache oaxaqueño and that was good, my husband ordered a chile relleno and he said it was fine (presentation wise could have been better). My daughter ordered a plain cheeseburger with fries and it was not good. As you can see by pictures it was burnt I didn’t see the bottom until she flipped it and said this doesn’t taste good. She had to pick off all the burnt section. Also what kind of fries are those they look so sad and didn’t give her that many. Sad to say the quality has gone downhill…if you don’t know how to make a basic cheeseburger and fries don’t offer it on the menu stick to Mexican/oaxacan food. Also the waitress was not in a good mood I guess they only make red salsa because I asked for salsa on the side and she said “it doesn’t come with any” then she points at the complimentary salsa they offer with chips (not really complimentary because their prices are not cheap) and says that’s the salsa. I guess they only have red salsa and no other kind. So disappointed with quality of food but more with the customer service. They need to do a better job at hiring.
