Never in my 31 years have I had a waitress offer to box up my food. That was the most precious thing ever! I think the lady’s name was Marybel, she was great!! The food is always good too but I was really impressed with the service.
We visited Olive Garden (Fresno - Riverside Dr) just minutes before closing, and the experience was amazing! It was our first time trying Italian food, and the staff was incredibly friendly and patiently explained the menu to us. We ordered Eggplant Parm, Chicken Alfredo, and a Kids Cheese Pizza, and were pleasantly surprised to see many complimentary items on the bill like Coke, water, salad, kids drink, and fries—all free. The manager made sure we were taken care of after we had an issue with our food. After we got the meal replaced we had a better meal and I was very happy with their service. Just wish they didn't squeeze tables into a small area as it felt crowded that we had our backs to people behind us. I would eat there again as the service was great and food got out fast.
