Ok, so I lived in Hawaii for ten years, and it’s honestly hard to find such good Hawaiian food that it “broke da mouth”. For mainland Hawaiian food, it was great. The plating size matched Hawaiian size and the food was pretty spot on. When I’m hungry hungry and in Fresno, this place never disappoints.
The food is always great and to top it off, yes you have a 5-15 minute wait or longer depending on how busy, but, the food is fresh. Not precooked fresh, but actual fresh grilled or fresh katsu chicken.

Fast casual dining in a clean, fairly quiet restaurant. Full plates are large, so I ordered the mini plate which was plenty of food. The green side salad was mostly just lettuce, but very fresh and had a good vinaigrette dressing with ginger.
