Awesome place to eat Hawaiian food. !!! Highly recommend it for inexpensive great food. Would rather eat here as it is less greasy than most foods at similar price ranges.
We come to the one Hawaiian bbq very often. Penny is always welcoming and remembers her customers. This location is lucky to have her here.

Delicious, got two "island plates" combos with the Island Fire Chicken and Fish options. Besides L&L, this probably is my second favorite local "Hawaiian BBQ" franchise in town. Good amount of other families/customers dining inside and a couple delivery/to-go customer orders too. Not too many employees during evening dining time but fairly nice and quick. Wait for food took a few minutes but quality and portion size for combo plates was perfect for me, yum! Can't go wrong with go-back side sauces of Katsu and Teriyaki. This Friant Rd/River Park location is more lively inside than the closer West Shaw one but both have convenient locations I enjoy. Thanks again Ono. My favorite will always be the Chicken Katsu, the salad options here, and an occasional Spam Musubi or Macaroni Salad on the side
