There is one thing that I don’t like about ALL PF Chang’s is that it’s freezing in all their restaurants The food gets cold so fast and I’ve seen many people, including myself, wearing their coats while eating!!! I love the food at PF Chang’s, lettuce wraps, dumplings, Mongolian beef etc. The flavour is amazing. Please turn the heat on and ditch the A/C!!!!!
I drive for Uber eats and I do a lot of pickups from PF Chang’s. I would like to commend Connor, I think he’s the main manager there. Everytime he sees me he greets me with a big smile, and he’s always extremely nice, I feel so welcomed every time I see him! It’s rare to see that kind of customer service in businesses, if every business had a manager like Connor their business would become more successful.
