Manager Justin is amazing- thank you so much for taking time out of your day to explain the portion control to me and being so patient to express a resolution. I purchased a meal that included noodles and 6oz of shrimp which upon seeing seemed like I had been taken advantage of for $22. I came back in and explained my scenario to Justin he listened attentively and made a few recommendations that I could get behind!!! Thank you so much Justin for being so kind to me and actually wanting to help turn the experience around for me.

I feel like this place is going out of business in the near future. Everything was and is always great, but the dining room and bar afea were empty. Hopefully it was just because it was a little early in the evening 🙏🏾

We should have asked to sit outside for a more enjoyable ambiance. My family of 4 sat at a 4 top table near the bar. A family with a screaming toddler was next to us. There was an ipad type screen with an overhead light nearby. The light bounced off the screen and focused directly towards my eye line. It was very annoying. The food was just ok. My miso salmon and broccoli was under-seasoned. My brother said the fried rice was blah. As with many restaurants, the mark-up on wine was ridiculous. A 5-ounce glass of wine cost the same as the same bottle at a store. The server was perky and friendly. It was nice that he put our leftovers into containers instead of just passing us empty containers. He even asked how the dishes should be divided into different bags.

Food is very inconsistent. We ordered the same dishes we did last time. Last time the food was amazing and this time it was so bad, we’ll never go back. Plus the servers look very demotivated and uninterested. A very underwhelming experience

I just encountered one of the most disrespectful and disgusting experience tonight at P.F. Chang. Horrible service, as our waitress did not know hospitality. Then, our food ended up tasting so bland we barely nibbled on it and just decided to leave. I could not find any waitress in hall for asking the check. Our waitress goes with her coworker and chat it off, so we had to go up and find someone to pay for our disappointing meal. We are so extremely disappointed, and clearly we weren’t the only ones as literally everyone seemed to have left with an upset look to their face. I can’t believe this is considered acceptable as my husband and I will never be coming back again. It’s a shame truly.
P.F. Chang’s is always good. This visit produced good service, good food, not disappointed.
