Food is very inconsistent. We ordered the same dishes we did last time. Last time the food was amazing and this time it was so bad, we’ll never go back. Plus the servers look very demotivated and uninterested. A very underwhelming experience

I just encountered one of the most disrespectful and disgusting experience tonight at P.F. Chang. Horrible service, as our waitress did not know hospitality. Then, our food ended up tasting so bland we barely nibbled on it and just decided to leave. I could not find any waitress in hall for asking the check. Our waitress goes with her coworker and chat it off, so we had to go up and find someone to pay for our disappointing meal. We are so extremely disappointed, and clearly we weren’t the only ones as literally everyone seemed to have left with an upset look to their face. I can’t believe this is considered acceptable as my husband and I will never be coming back again. It’s a shame truly.

Hello, I had never rated a food business 1 star before due to not being picky at all, but this time, it's worth it. We got there to have lunch, and there weren't a lot of people, so the hostess assigned a table for us immediately. Once we were sitting, no one came to our table to get our order or offer drinks, and I'm talking about 30 to 40 minutes sitting down. People came in after us, and the servers went to their table to take their drinks orders and keep ignoring our presence. After seeing that they were ignoring us, we got up and left.
Great place to stop for lunch or dinner when shopping in Fresno! I love their happy hour specials! Delicious, quick & easy stop. Great service and delicious food! Highly recommend!

My first time at pf changs and had a good time, I loved the atmosphere it dark and the food was great. food came out quickly, and the service was good, ps dont like the chopsticks shaped weird, but i would come back.

We always forget about P.F. Chang's until we go. They have good food. I love their all day happy hour menu that includes their lettuce wraps and the fried green beans for $10. You can literally get full off the happy hour menu. They also serve $5 margaritas, cosmos, wine and well drinks. You can't beat that. The decor is nice and contemporary and they have a patio that seats up to 20+ people. Nice place to host a small group. Great service. Its next to the Macy's and Chase bank at River Park.
