We visited this place last night because we were wanting poke. Unfortunately, the white rice was much thicker and mushier than expected, which affected the overall texture and enjoyment of the bowl. We ended up not being able to finish it, which was disappointing.I hope this was just an off night, but we’ll likely try a different spot next time for poke

I ordered 2 bowls online. (Which I realize is my mistake.) My partner and I came to pick them up and in the car I realized they had made it completley wrong. I went inside and got refunded for one bowl because I was told that they were out of all their sauces. My partner then realized I was being refunded so they brought me theirs to be refunded as well. We no longer wanted the food. This whole situation ruined the experience even our hunger was gone. They only refunded me for one bowl and returned both bowls. Now im left with half of my refund.

When I went in the establishment there was no one ordering or waiting in line. There were 3 employees one male and two female, all of which ignored that I was standing waiting to get service but instead they were talking amongst themselves about tips. The two female workers looked as if they were taking a break or ending their shifts. The male employee was there and only then decided to acknowledge I was there and said “hey” as if I was not there for a total of 12 min. By the time he acknowledged me I decided to not spend any money there.

Miss Raven wasn’t there when I went in yesterday during my break like usual and MAN!!! The atmosphere was just down.. These other employees need to smile some more. The food was great like always, but the service is just not where I’d prefer it to be. I came Friday night with my wife, too. She liked the food, but service just wasn’t there.
