1st visit back to this restaurant since it was Pokeland. I thought new owners would mean some improvement…wrong. Absolutely horrible. Sushi rice is still white rice with oil squirted on it. Went to get 2 chicken bowls for kids, after making 1st bowl was informed they were out of chicken. Absolutely ridiculous a poke restaurant runs out of chicken at 5:15pm. So had to split a chicken bowl to kids. The worker was VERY polite and apologetic and I felt bad that a kid had to apologize for how incompetent the store is run. Won’t be back. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Francisco is AWESOME!! He was able to accommodate my gluten allergy and navigated it very well, and was super kind about it 👍 many other poki places haven't stepped up in the same way, so this puts them at top of my list!! Thank you! Food was delicious

Pacific Poki has the best poki in Fresno. It’s always fresh and the portions are very generous for the price. Francisco at this location is super friendly and makes sure the atmosphere is nice. I’ve only had great experiences here and find myself wanting to get poki more often!!

The food has always been good from each location I have went to, however the service has always been horrible at both locations that I have been too. I went into this location today thinking the service may be better, but it turned out only being worse. Upon walking in I was told that the wait for the rice would be 30 minutes, which I said is fine. The lady working behind the counter said that it’s not worth me waiting for the rice and that if she was me that she would just leave rather than place an order. I told her I still wanted to place the order and the wait was fine, but she just walked away from me and started doing something else until I asked if she was going to take my order or if I should just leave. She continued to say she would take my order, but that it may even be longer than 30 minutes that it could take upwards of a hour almost as if she was convincing me not to place the order. Long story made short she took my order but said she wasn’t going to charge me in case I changed my mind and didn’t want the food “which is what she was recommending that I do” and she also was using different street related terms like “I’m on whatever your on” after I asked if she was going to take my order. I’m writing this not only for others to know what they should expect here, but also because I know there’s a owner out there wondering why they are not as successful as they should be and this would be a significant reason why. Everytime I go they are out of most of the food and make a problem with customers for ordering something and making them have to make more food. If you order from here I would recommend calling it in first or using Grubhub or DoorDash so that the resistance the staff give you for trying to order is minimal to none. I decided not to return to finalize the order so that I do not have to face hostility there again and went to another restaurant where I was treating amazing! In case anyone is wondering who was working at that time I went in for the order on 08/19/2025 Tuesday, at 6:10 PM.

Food was flavorless even with adding sauce drizzle on top. The salmon tasted watery with no flavor. 21 dollars for a large also was overpriced considering the lack of flavor. I had to add soy sauce at home to make up for it and it still was not edible and i still had 75% of the bowl left after trying to eat my moneys worth. Do not recommend save your money.

We picked up four bowels, and unfortunately, all of them had a very unpleasant, bitter taste. I called the store to let them know, but the person who answered refused to give her name and accused me of lying, insisting there was “no way” the food could taste bitter. She told me to bring the food back only if it was untouched, which was very bizarre. I even suggested she check the cucumbers to see if they were spoiled, but she refused and responded with rudeness and aggression, she hanged up the phone on me!! This kind of customer service is unacceptable. We will never return. Never go there, poor quality and very expensive. I will be reporting it to health department for selling spoiled food
