We enjoyed the pizza, I use to love the wings until this last batch of 32. But 23 of them were so dried out. They were so small. But the rest of them were OK. This location was the first time I been there. I usually go to Madera ca and they have never disappoint. Now I live in sanger. So it was a bit disappointing when I got home. I felt like my $40+ money went to waste.

Paid 32$ for an xl with extra pepperoni and sauce. Didn’t get the extras, drove 15 to get there. When I called to speak with staff in regards to a possible credit towards a next purchase I was denied. I wasn’t asking for a full refund just a credit towards the fees for the extras I didn’t get. They wanted me to take the pizza back for a refund or have it remade however driving back another 30 minutes is ridiculous. Definitely not a happy customer!

I m not a person who is into this review thing but just to make u aware nov 8 sat near 4:30pm,They lady who was there at the counter don’t have any manners how to behave with any customer strongly recommend to change her because she keeps on talking and when i ask about my order she just said 5mins and go to talk and when i came back after 7-8mins another lady look for my order and she didn’t find it anywhere and said we will make it now and said gonna take maybe 8-10mins more and that was like 30mins more than what my pickup time was for the order .

It’s been quite some time since I’ve had Pacifica pizza, and my experience at this location was great. My son (5-year-old) would live off pizza if he could. So that being said, we eat pizza for lunch or dinner every weekend. I wanted to eat something different and switch up the flavor from our usual. I’m very picky when it comes to pizza, and I prefer quality over quantity any day. The dough and ingredients need to be fresh and of high quality. I must say this location makes a killer pizza and has met my standards. I like how the sauce slightly overflows to the edge of the crust. It adds some flavor when enjoying the crust alone. As long as they keep up their consistency in delivering a solid pie, they will retain my business. The pizza was scrumptious, and my son took his first bite and said it was mmMMmm yummy. So they even got the little man’s approval too.

Great pizza. Take out only. Parking lot is small but for take out it shouldn't be a problem.

Just paid 62 dollars for 2 large pizzas and 1 order of breadsticks and these people really put 1 pepperoni on each slice of pizza I don’t care if your busy we are paying too much for yall to skimp absolutely ridiculous ordering me and Ed’s from now on or going to madera if I want Pacifica also over cooked it so it looks like it wasn’t skimp yall ain’t sly with it 🤦♂️

The staff is BEYOND friendly and very welcoming! They greet you once you walk in and the pizza is yummy!!! Fresh and hot! There are other Pacifica pizzas in town BUT this one is HANDS DOWN THEE BEST!
