Okay at first I thought it was me but I just went there at 8:30 am thinking maple bars would be soft and fresh but I was right they taste like they are a day old not soft but kind of dry what happened here They used to be nice and soft every time I got them now they feel like they're a day old

Called the store to let them know that i found half a roach 🪳 in their muffin 😭😭 she didn’t believe me. Told her to remove them all before someone else gets the bottom half. I even offered to send photos. She said nooo cause it isn’t true. I come here often, well it’ll be a “used to” now. The muffins do have raisins in them, maybe the batch of raisins they bought had roaches in them idk. Didnt even get offered a refund, just a “ no way it was us, wasnt here, but ill let the boss know” no wayyy raisins have strips! You could even see the toasted eyes and legs 🤢
