I love Panda Express. It's my go-to. But our recent order from this location was just bad.
We ordered two family meals, most of which was teriyaki chicken. All of it was over cooked and burnt. We had two containers of orange chicken. One was fine, the other was only half as full as the other.
If you're gonna get Panda, I would just consider avoiding this one.

I would like to start by talking about how good the service was. Whenever my family goes to this specific location, there are certain employees that give us the greatest of service. Paying great attention to our order all while attempting to be efficient with other customers as well. They are always attentive to my son’s needs with their allergy issues, sometimes us know about the dairy allergies. The food is always good but not amazing. I don’t think it’s a good idea to always have an open kitchen and some of your food comes from frozen bags. For the ambience, well as fast food. Or is it? Is it a restaurant or fast food. Chinese food fast food? That might be a philosophical issue. Regardless, this is a great panda to go to if you don’t mind having a drive-through.
Vegetarian options: There are not a lot, but there are some vegetarian options such as the spring rolls, Rangoon if you like cream cheese there’s also a vegetable option if you wanna be low on carbs in Lou of rice or chow mein
Dietary restrictions: Very good with people for allergies. Especially if they have nuts in their food. I think they are used to it.
Parking: There is parking, but you do need to be a skilled Parker in some areas
Kid-friendliness: Our children can be a handful, but they are very good kids. And pandas always welcome the children.

This review isn't about the food because what's not to love about Panda Express? This review is regarding the server named Nayeli -- very rude, seemed annoyed, did not greet us when we walked in, looked annoyed when I was just a few seconds indecisive about what I wanted to order, then when I said thank you as she handed me my receipt, she said "yup" almost like she was happy to be rid of us. And it wasn't even a busy time, around 2pm. There was one family eating at a table, and one person walked in as we finished our order. I normally just brush people's attitudes off because whatever they're going through has nothing to do with me, but I had my daughter with me and she didn't even want to eat there because of how it made her feel. This wasn't our first time in this establishment and I doubt that it will be our last because of one server's attitude, but if this reaches someone who can properly train Nayeli that kindness goes a long way, that would be much appreciated.

I waited 30 minutes for my food , poor service and they don't even offered any sauce... ! " Pada express " it's not even express anymore, it's more like panda stress. This location need new management or something but I don't really recommend this location.

Disappointed..., for the price, I was hardly given many noodles and my entree was almost nonexistent, when previous customer got the same thing and served 2x as much....probably save my money and go somewhere else to eat in the future

I've gone two times recently and both times the chow mein was dry and not good. I go to other panda express and it's way better.There's always a wait at this one even though the lobby is empty alot. I just don't plan on going back to this one , someone's just not doing the recipe right or

Came in when they opened up and looks like they served me leftovers from the day before orange chicken was so dry and hard its like I was chewing on rocks will not be cominh back to this
