Food smelled off, I moved my noodles over and found this 6 inch piece of plastic.It had a weird odor to it. Scary. We will not return to this location.

Maybe the guys working thought my son and I just stopped by to watch them. One guy finally asked what name for pick up and I replied, "no we need to order". Nothing was said after that, nothing, crickets. Panda in general is alright food but I definitely don't go just to people watch. Ended up leaving with No food because nobody took our order. Disappointing

Wow, this is definitely my least favorite Panda location. The gal serving my food could not follow 1/2 and 1/2 request and the entree portions are unusually small. Disappointed they don't have the same portion standards as the other Panda Express locations. The gal kept suggesting the orange chicken, despite me saying no 3x. I'll just need to drive to my Willow & Nees location. I will say, food was good and did not seem to be sitting there long.

Food wasn't ready and the food that was on the bowls were dry, it wasn't busy at all and they had a lot of workers . I waited 30 minutes for my food , poor service and they don't even offered any sauce... ! " Pada express " it's not even express anymore, it's more like panda stress. This location need new management or something but I don't really recommend this location.

Waited extra time for mushroom chicken and Beijing beef. Got home with three small pieces of beef and one mushroom one zucchini with all chicken. Since we waited so long for the extras the chow mien was cold. Also order 6 rangoons came home with 3, no soy sauce no forks.. I feel like I shouldn't have to babysit when I order to go but apparently I'm wrong..

This review isn't about the food because what's not to love about Panda Express? This review is regarding the server named Nayeli -- very rude, seemed annoyed, did not greet us when we walked in, looked annoyed when I was just a few seconds indecisive about what I wanted to order, then when I said thank you as she handed me my receipt, she said "yup" almost like she was happy to be rid of us. And it wasn't even a busy time, around 2pm. There was one family eating at a table, and one person walked in as we finished our order. I normally just brush people's attitudes off because whatever they're going through has nothing to do with me, but I had my daughter with me and she didn't even want to eat there because of how it made her feel. This wasn't our first time in this establishment and I doubt that it will be our last because of one server's attitude, but if this reaches someone who can properly train Nayeli that kindness goes a long way, that would be much appreciated.

This was my go to place for many years after work and I loved it. Not sure what has happened but for the last 6 months if you come in just after 5, they are understaffed, the pans of food were ll be 1/3 or more empty and the wait loooong. The gentleman in front of me just gave a look of disgust, got out of line and left.... Whoops now a family of 3 are leaving. I guess this is my last time after months of hoping it would get better. We have now been in line for almost 20 minutes. Sad to see.

Disappointed..., for the price, I was hardly given many noodles and my entree was almost nonexistent, when previous customer got the same thing and served 2x as much....probably save my money and go somewhere else to eat in the future

I've gone two times recently and both times the chow mein was dry and not good. I go to other panda express and it's way better.There's always a wait at this one even though the lobby is empty alot. I just don't plan on going back to this one , someone's just not doing the recipe right or

Came in when they opened up and looks like they served me leftovers from the day before orange chicken was so dry and hard its like I was chewing on rocks will not be cominh back to this

Horrible Panda Express location. Staff is unfriendly. Drink station dirty. They don't tell you when you walk in that they're out of napkins. But after you order and choose to dine in, they'll break the news to you. How hard is it to send an employee to a grocery store to pick up a package of napkins??

lots of choices, excellent for fast food.My favorites are the fried noodles, orange chick, panda beef, taraokie chicken . always fast and good. Many locations to choose from, conveniently located throuth out Fresno.
