The food is good but the service not so much. I ordered through the app and went to the pickup counter but they didn’t even acknowledge me or look towards me. They’re more focused on the line. Meanwhile my order is sitting there and people who enter the store after me are leaving before me.

Disappointed. We asked for honey sesame chicken but instead you gave us old, burnt, and hard orange chicken and added sesame seeds to play it off. We couldn’t even eat it. Disgusting.

Food sucks. Teriyaki chicken was nothing but fat. Orange chicken tasted like it had been out under the heat lamps way too long. There are way better fast food choices. Don’t waste your money here.

5??? for Makenzie she was awesome SHE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER
Makenzie gave us her discount to help the gentleman after seen the situation awesome attitude and great customer service.
She even said thank you AND MANAGER DIDNT EVEN SAID HI AT ALL RUDE.
I went to this place and I helped a homeless gentleman that was hungry he went to get some drink and the manager kicked him out of the restaurant and I stopped it VERY PERSON HAS TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT REGARDLESS OF THEIR APPEARANCE OR STATUS SITUATION

I ordered food here at 10 PM, and it was ready by 10:22 PM. A worker who was mopping told me, "We close in 10 minutes," even though the closing time is 11 PM. She said I could eat in 10 minutes and then stay, showing no level of professionalism in her rush to kick me out. I bet if it was different race man then Asian , she wouldn't dare to act this way. They don't treat everyone equally.

I ordered a broccoli ? beef bowl with half fried rice and half chow mein. My bowl only had 3 and a half small pieces of beef. I am very disappointed with the amount of beef. It is not good at all for almost $10. It did not use to be like this before.

No greeting, no goodbye, no upselling, no recommendations for drinks or sauce. All the workers looked so tense and mean. The orange chicken had no taste except for sourness, which is supposed to be their signature dish. I don’t know what’s wrong with the management of this store, but please improve it.

Does anyone else feel like they’re skimping out on the food? Is this bidens economy? There was 1 girl there that knew how to properly load a plate. Everyone else counts the pieces and knocks them off and fills the tray for the sides with rice to make it look like there’s food on the plate. I don’t think I’m going back there. Last handful of times I leave, I leave hungry and disappointed. I can’t be the only one.
