The service here is always bad. They never have the food ready. They always make you wait and the portion size is ridiculous. If you’re going to have someone wait atleast give a lil more for the inconvenience.

Order food online at home, got to the store my food was still not done. Tried to be understandable since they were short staff but then there was only 5 customers at the time inside. Instead of helping me get my food first, they decided to ignore and go on to take other people orders first. I get that yes you should take care of the other customers too but wasn't I here first and order online first? My food wasn't even alot. Just 1 bigger plate and a plate yet took over 20 mins for my food to he ready. Plus the portions were small too. Usually I come here the staff is great. Today not so great. Being back the older staff

I usually order from this place for Panda Express, but yesterday I ordered a family pack, and when I opened up the boxes. The 3 sides were only half full while the fried rice and chow mein were filled to the top and packed. Geeze wtf, my kids came back from a late practice, and they were hungry, so I didn't want to drive back and complain, so I let my kids eat it.
It was 9:55 when I went to open the door to the restaurant and a man politely asked me for a cigarette from my car. I went and gave him one and when I walked back the door was locked and they would not serve me. Impolite and rude. Does not care about there customers at all.

My son loves Panda, and this one by far gives you far less food than the other pandas we have been to. If I wanted a bowl of rice, I could have done that at home, lol
