I usually order from this place for Panda Express, but yesterday I ordered a family pack, and when I opened up the boxes. The 3 sides were only half full while the fried rice and chow mein were filled to the top and packed. Geeze wtf, my kids came back from a late practice, and they were hungry, so I didn't want to drive back and complain, so I let my kids eat it.

It was 9:55 when I went to open the door to the restaurant and a man politely asked me for a cigarette from my car. I went and gave him one and when I walked back the door was locked and they would not serve me. Impolite and rude. Does not care about there customers at all.

My son loves Panda, and this one by far gives you far less food than the other pandas we have been to. If I wanted a bowl of rice, I could have done that at home, lol

I heard the food online. The order was completely wrong. I called and asked them to add sauces to my order since the option is not available on their online service. The associate who answered the phone said no problem, when my food arrived, no sauces.

Panda food is always good customer service at the majority of the pandas express are no good,I visited this place and a Chinese lady attended me very unfriendy and rude. So wash out you are next
Popped in at 10am, their website said they were open. However they only had 3 entrees available! There were no cooks on duty, they were trying to pawn off day old food! I drove 4 miles for this? Why are they even open? Walked out, bad experience and never to return

I only visit 2 locations and this is my main one due to the service. Jenny and Vibiana were amazing there was a lot going on and my rewards was giving issues but that was no problem for these two. They helped me and still were able to service the line of people behind me all with a great attitude and warm smiles. The food is always fresh at this location so if you want good food and great service I recommend coming here.

My experience today 5/5/24. order to go I got there and I asked the lady for a fork. She told me it’s in the bag when I got home. There was no fork in the bag. I ordered the big plate. When I open it up, there was a small portion of noodles with lots of rice. I ordered broccoli beef. I got six pieces of broccoli and only two pieces of beef terrible portions. On my broccoli, beef portion there was rice underneath. They should start giving more portions sizes. But yet the prices keep going up my experience at panda

Dropped by in the morning today and grabbed a couple of plates , I got Half & Half Noodles & Rice and sesame chicken . And the other was half & half with orange chicken ! Food was fresh and was delicious! Customer service was great ! Super clean Lobby & Napkins and straws were stocked neatly . Inside dining or outside dining.I got 2 beverages a large coke & a Peach Lychee Tea ? will be returning !
