No fork, no drink for kids meal plate, no napkins, no fortune cookies. Just my plate and they didn't forget my teriyaki sauce for the kids meal plate. Normally drink i would not comment but like my bag didn't have forks ok now I would hate to give you a review for this little things

I love to dine in when I eat, however at this location they also stare at customers and watch them in the cameras...they make fun of the customers and put them down and try to act nice to them and the rudest way possible

Ordered on door dash today around 7:41 and these folks fixed a plate that look like it has been eaten off of literally a little scoop of everything it’s not the dashers fault so I don’t blame him but why would yall give me this skimpy plate it’s the fact that I paid extra for the honey walnut shrimp and the angus pepper steak and yall straight played in my face just look at this plate and this is straight out the bag untouched not eaten but it looks like it has been it’s literally terrible how they fixed my plate and I paid extra for things 🤦🏽♀️

Today is November 2nd the time is 8:02 pm I just got back from a fix it order that went wrong yesterday November 1st in the evening. This female that came to help us I didn’t catch her name was tacky & rude she came off very aggressive to us all because of 2 bowls. I could have easily paid for them if that was the issue or I don’t know what was troubling her but she was angry & made out entire experience unpleasant. She may be a shift leader because I doubt she was a manager there’s just no way a manager would behave that way. She was very bossy to the young ladies there & overall just unprofessional. I get that it’s not a fancy restaurant, however we deserve better customer service. Everyone else was super kind & sweet but this girl just didn’t seem to care about the customer nor her job. Will not be going back again.

By far the cleanest Panda Express in Fresno. Food was fresh(not cold). Employees were friendly and polite. You don't see that a lot in many places anymore.
We ordered Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Walnut Shrimp. All food was barely warm. Orange Chicken had good flavor, Broccoli Beef had 2 pieces of beef, Walnut shrimp had good flavor. Way over priced $24 in the smallest container you could imagine. Not sure if we will be returning. Your better off ordering the whole meal not individual items.
